Dr. Daniel Domagala is trained in the specialty of Prosthodontics and serves as an Associate Professor at Marquette University School of Dentistry. He excels in implant and reconstructive dentistry, serving both our Milwaukee and Chicago clinics. He holds a Certificate of Specialty in Prosthodontics and a Master of Science Degree in Prosthodontics.
Dr. Domagala has a keen interest in digital advances in dentistry and has trained in 3D design, milling, and printing technology. He strives to provide his patients with the best care while constantly advancing his skills. Dr. Domagala is a recipient of the Marquette Graduate Prosthodontics Scholarship, Marquette Research Day Award, and American Prosthodontics Society Award. Dr. Domagalas research on dental implants was supported by the Tylman Grant from the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics and was distinguished by the Tylman First Price award in 2009.
Dr. Patel is dually trained in the specialties of Prosthodontics and Periodontics. Dr. Patel completed a 3 years residency in Periodontics in India and maintained her practice focused on implants and surgery. Her passion for providing comprehensive care to patients led her to attend 3 years of Prosthodontics residency at Marquette University School of Dentistry. She holds a Certificate of Specialty in Periodontics and a Master of Science Degree in Periodontics, as well as a Certificate of Specialty in Prosthodontics and a Master of Science Degree in Prosthodontics.
Dr. Patel has contributed to both fields by conducting quality research and publishing journal articles. She has received awards at the 48th Annual Session on American College of Prosthodontics and the Academy of Osseointegration Annual Meeting. Dr. Patel was honored to co-author book chapters dedicated to full mouth reconstruction.
Dr. Mukhin focuses his scope of practice on comprehensive general dentistry with a strong emphasis on surgical skills. Dr. Mukhin completed his Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska and served a one-year tour at Osan Air Base in the Republic of Korea. He holds a Certificate of Advanced Education in General Dentistry and is licensed to practice in both Illinois and Wisconsin.
Dr. Przyszlak provides patients comprehensive dental care to prevent any damage to teeth and keep their smiles healthy. Dr. Przyszlak completed both the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program as well as a Post-Graduate Fellowship in General Dentistry at Marquette University School of Dentistry. She also served as a clinical assistant supervising dental students in the Emergency Clinic at Marquette.

I've been a patient for many years. Dr. Domagala is very knowledgeable and an expert in cosmetic dentistry. He's honest, works fast but he'll stop and explain in detail anything you ask him about. I read many reviews that say that Major Dental is more expensive than elsewhere; but I think you get what you pay for.

The office women are very nice but the doctor is too expensive. Compared to other dentists he over charges for the same treatment. My appointment was fine but not worth spending thousands extra. Bad business.

My mom is extremely satisfied with her new teeth. Dr. Daniel Domagala is great, as well as his entire staff! Special thanks to Beata who would always call my mom with appointment reminders and such. The process took longer due to covid but my mom is beyond happy with her teeth, she can finally eat anything she wants without any discomfort or worry that something will break. Again thank you all for your hard work! Would definitely recommend!

Outstanding, meticulous, extremely knowledgeable, all-around great guy and fun staff. The group has modern, state of the art equipment and is super accommodating. Never, ever let your general dentist give or replace your crown and don't get invisalign without consulting with him. I found Dr. Domagala after my general dentist offered to replace a failing crown - again. After hours of google searching, I learned that crowns are a specialty - just like a neurosurgeon or cardiologist. Just because your dentist has a 3D printer doesn't mean that million dollar crown he prints in his back office will stay put. Do not let your dentist give you a crown, do yourself a favor and go to the expert. Cost is the same, results are not. Bonus - my teeth were shifting after years of not wearing my retainer. I had already met with 2 orthodontists that both wanted to treat with invisalign. I happened to mention it to him after his receptionist showed me her braces that dr d. had given her. He took the time to explain why invisalign was not the way to gone with my case. They would straighten my teeth but I also had a class 2 overbite (malocclusion) that can only be treated with brackets (which are super small) and rubber bands. Long story short, I'm in the final stretch of my braces and couldn't be happier. Again, google it. Esp if you have a class II overbite Go see Dr. D - you can pop right on in after your Mariano's run in Park Ridge. He is / they are the best. Full stop

The front desk Staff are unprofessional and rude. Always messing up with my appointments. Also I have a so called Permit Retainer that cost so much money to put It on right after my braces were taking off , it keeps breaking every few months, and they charge so much money to fix it. They don't take you in right away to fix it even if you tell them its hurting you. Wish I never got braces there.

Dr. Domalaga is a master prosthodontist. I had major work done by him including a number of implants and veneers. He transformed my smile. As the process progressed, my confidence in his judgement and skill grew ever greater. He paid attention to every little detail until my teeth were perfect.
