Dr. Basciano and her staff provide excellent service and really make you feel at home! I tend to find it difficult going to dentists, but I have complete trust in what Dr. Basciano recommends due to the time she takes to explain the process. I also appreciate her conscious choice to offer fluoride free alternatives during routine cleanings. Update: Dr Basciano retired; I no longer go to this location because of a bad experience with fillings.

Excellent all around. Highly professional and kind people. The most thorough cleaning I've ever had - the hygienist takes her time - an hour - to clean each tooth and you leave feeling squeaky clean. The dentist is knowledgeable and gives pertinent recommendations - even if it means less for them to bill. The one downside is that things are not always fully covered by insurance. That's unfortunately the case with great providers - they tend to be out of network. I gladly go there anyway - that kind of service is hard to find.

Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to Dr. Samee we're absolutely excellent in every way. Dr. Samee removed an old metal filling. All were professional , highly skilled and also very kind and friendly.

These people are amazing. They pulled 4 teeth of mine in less than an hour and I felt a 1/10 on the pain scale. I would highly recommend them. They definitely know what they are doing and have been there apparently since the 80s, so very trustworthy.

Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing but going to main street square dental is always a good experience. Dr. Samee and Dr. Peterson and Jackie the hygienist are always friendly, thorough, professional and informative. Beverly at the front desk is always personable, professional and helpful.

Main Street Square Dental does a wonderful job of taking care of my teeth. I'm an older person with numerous dental issues and I trust them to do their very best for me, quickly, efficiently, painlessly and with kindness and support. I recently had a front tooth extracted and they were able to fit me with a tooth replacement at the same visit. It was totally painless, fast and the new tooth looks better than my own tooth. I am very, very pleased. They did a wonderful job to make a difficult procedure easy for me.

Great experience. Dr Samee was so patient and persistent to make sure I walked out pain free and comfortable with my teeth issues which I had gone in for. The staff is super kind and professional too.
