Dr. Al Attar completed his BA in Biology from the University of Virginia in 2001. In 2005, he graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. Following graduation, Dr. Al Attar spent a 2 year residency at the Hunter McGuire Veterans Administration Center in Richmond, Virginia. As part of his residency, he acquired certification to do IV sedation as well as training in advanced dental procedures such as Implant placement and restoration.
Throughout his career, Dr. Al Attar has had the opportunity to work in offices from Toronto, Ontario and Buffalo, NY and then home to Northern Virginia. With over 10 years of experience as an Associate Dentist, Dr. Al Attar decided it was time to open his own ideal family dental practice. After finding the perfect practice in Berryville, VA Main Street Smiles was formed!
