Unprofessional and lack of integrity at the front desk. My dentist was out sick and was not available at the time of my appointment. When I asked Tiffany if I could speak to him upon his return, she spoke for my dentist, informing me that he would not speak to me about my bridge issue. I also needed to return a sealed, unopened whitener kit and Tiffany told me that they could not refund at Main Street Dentistry, because it was against the law! I called a number of local dentists who told me they never heard of a sealed whitener kit refund being illegal. When I called back weeks after my appointment to inquire about my insurance reimbursement, I was told they needed my husbands birthdate to process. Very disappointed.

I was disappointed as I was not informed about out of network until they completed the service. When I called to make appointment, I did mention about having PPO insurance but noone informed me about out of network. I paid a lot of more for annual exam and regular cleaning. If I used in network, I would paid nothing. Please check your insurance before making an appointment with this dentist.

Awesome experience, but they are out of network for all insurances. My bill was crazy expensive. So check with your insurance before you go.

I read reviews to choose a dentist after moving to Tupelo, and I have not been disappointed. I thought I had the best dentist ever in my home town. Main street has been comparable. Such a blessing.

The staff was beyond helpful and accommodating to me and my terrified 7 year old. After two failed visits at other offices, Main Street helped my youngest feel comfortable in the dental chair again!

I have always felt apprehension about going for dental appointments. Dr. Stevens and his staff at Main Street Family Dentistry made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. From the first call to schedule my appointment to checking out after my procedure, everything was easy. They got me in the next day, I had a short wait time, Dr. Stevens explained everything in a way that I could understand, & his staff was so friendly. I made my cleaning appointment that day & am actually looking forward to going back! I am so thankful that I found Main Street Family Dentistry.
