We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Dr. Tara Wiggins was born in Knoxville, Tennessee. She completed her undergraduate studies at Duke University with a BS in Biological Anthropology and Anatomy with a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Wiggins received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Jenine Giles was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. She completed her undergraduate studies at Winston-Salem State University with a BS in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Giles received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Harpreet Wasson is a graduate of NC State University with a BS degree in Microbiology. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In her spare time, she enjoys sushi and traveling.
Dr. Kelly Konczal Kelly is a graduate of NC State University with a BS degree in Microbiology and Botany. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She enjoys, traveling, outdoor adventures, spending time with her daughter, and leading the girl scouts.

My whole family recently became patients at Main Street Family Dentistry and had our first appointment today. We could not be happier with our experience. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly from the front desk to the dental hygienists and Dr. Wiggins. They all took the time to talk to my two sons and make them comfortable with everything they were doing. I will definitely be recommending Main Street Family Dentistry to all of my family and friends.

Main Street Family Dentistry is my new dentist office. Having neglected my teeth for many years, I have found a dentist office that was friendly, listened to what I wanted to have accomplished for my health and very reasonable in their pricing. They have developed a care plan to address the issues, made sure I understood what was involved and worked with me to address my phobia of dentistry. The receptionist was very helpful in signing in before my appointment. Also the hygienist did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and was very knowledgeable when I had questions. Hope to deal with her in the future.

We are new to the area and looked for a dental office. Had gone to same dentist for over 30 years. I found my dentist! From the assistants to the hygienist (Audrey) to the dentists, everyone was so kind. I had a "deep cleaning," and was terrified. They were so patient and kind. It didn't hurt! So impressed with the level of care and attention! Began care with this provider after moving to Holly Springs last June 2021. My first appointment was in December 2021. Audrey was amazing! Very personable and had great attention to detail. In speaking with the dentist following my cleaning there was some concerns regarding a crown that I had completed with another provider. They so graciously reached out to my previous dentist and suggested that I followup with them. Now 6 months later during my cleaning today I was able to discuss with the dentist in detail the conversation I had with my previous provider. Dr. Wiggins was great in helping discuss a treatment plan moving forward for us to monitor this particular tooth and ensure no future issues arise. Again I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service, attention to detail, and overall care for the patient.

Main Street Family Dentistry is the best dentist I have been to. The front desk staff is friendly and wait times are low. I have had the pleasure of seeing Audrey as my hygienist on more than one occasion and she is kind, sensitive to any needs I may have and she truly makes my cleanings a pleasure. Great visit. Had a filling that came loose. Doctor had to do a root canal to save the tooth as it was a main support tooth for my partial. Absolutely pain free and no problems afterwards. The entire staff is great
