Dr. Brian Mahoney graduated in 1985 from Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon. He has been practicing in this area for over 30 years and is a member of the ADA. He takes continuing education courses each year, in order to provide the best treatment possible for all patients, as affordably as possible. Dr. Mahoneys goal is to offer quality care and exceptional service to each of his patients. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, travel and astronomy.
Dr. Minou Chau has been providing our community with exceptional service and dental care since 2000. She has been in private practice her entire career and owned practices in Riverside, CA and Washougal, WA. After she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, she attended Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry, and graduated in 1994. Dr. Chau has also attended the Las Vegas Institute for advanced training. Dr. Chau is affiliated with the Seattle Study Club, which meets every month, the Clark County Dental Society and St. Helens Shadow Group. Dr. Chau is very patient-focused and not only provides each patient with excellent dental care, she but also educates them about their specific dental needs.
Dr. Daniel Warnock grew up in Vancouver and attended Skyview High School. He then earned his Bachelor of Science in Cellular, Molecular and Developmental Biology at the University of Washington. He graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 2015. He then completed a residency program for Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) with a community health clinic in Spokane, WA. The year-long program allowed him to receive substantially more training than was available in dental school in the areas of root canal treatment, oral surgery and surgical implant restorations. He takes 20 hours of continuing education each year through various dental conferences and courses.
Dr. Warnock has been practicing for three years in community health clinics throughout Washington and Oregon with an organization that provides treatment specifically for the areas underserved community. This experience has made him very passionate about giving back to his community, and he plans to continue to serve the patients of his hometown in any way he can. Hes also a member of the ADA, Washington State Dental Association, Clark County Dental Society and he is an affiliate faculty member at the OHSU dental school. His goal as a dentist is to be a trusted partner with his patients and their families in the oral health of his patients and their families. Dr. Warnock wants to build long-term relationships that allow each patient to feel comfortable and confident in their plan to achieve their dental goals.
Daniel is married to his best friend and wife of over four years, Olivia. They recently had their first child, Finn. They also have a very energetic, three-year-old golden retriever named Remy. Dr. Warnock has played guitar since he was eight years old, loves to work on and detail cars. He spends as much time as he can working out at the gym. He also loves hiking in the gorge and spending time at the coast with his family and friends.

Good doctor and good staff. I feel I made a good choice by going to Main Street Dentistry, although it wasn't by referral. The doctor and techs are thorough and nice. Everyone seems to care about the patient, in this case me.

Alright, I've tried to like this place. The staff is great, schedules always seem to work out, cleanings are alright (paid for but did not actually get the fluoride treatment more than once), but the most problematic part is that most of the work I've had done has needed reworking, cracked, or outright fallen out in within a few years. I know my teeth aren't awesome but all work I've had done prior had lasted 15+ years, not sure why this has been a thing since coming here. Just lost another gum-line filling yesterday while brushing my teeth, that just shouldn't happen.

I love Main Street dental. They are truly a pleasure to go see. The ladies who work the front desk are very professional and friendly. Dr Warnock is awesome. You can tell they care for their patients like family.

The staff was very friendly. They don't do in-house dentures and don't know what insurance the place they refer you takes. You would think they would have places that accepts your insurance just like they do.

This place is ran by the front woman and they will not listen, nor allow you to talk to dentist nor hygienist. I have a simple 1 question and they make it into a huge issue. Office is ran by Tamara and she is VERY unprofessional! So. Much that I will not return. Even though the treatment was ok. Just ok. Nothing special not great.

As someone who has an aversion to the dentist, I am thankful for the compassion and professionalism from the staff at Main Street Dentistry. I recently lost my insurance, and they worked with me to save a little money on an emergency appointment I had recently. All in all, I would highly recommend.

They're incredibly kind and helpful here. I fell and smacked my mouth, resulting in chipping my two front teeth. They got me in super fast and helped me understand what my options were and what to look out for. Then Dr. Warnock fixed my teeth by filling in the gaps and it's like I never fell! He match the color of the filling to my teeth beautifully and it's hard to tell where I even chipped them to begin with. Thank you Main Street Dentistry!!

Been going here for the past 2 years, was told when I made a check up appointment I had a cleaning I already had paid for that I could finish for free. I said sure, they needed to do some extra work so it was an additional $100, I told them that was okay. When I'm about to check out, I was told I needed to pay $300 for an in house plan to get the free cleaning. They insisted they told me over the phone but never did. Asked for what evidence they had for them proving I agreed to this and the lady showed me a sticky note from another employee saying I was aware. Really disappointed as I thought I came in for a free cleaning but had to pay $480 in the end

I had my teeth cleaned, I do it every 6 months. I used to work in this office and I know many of the staff members so that's why I chose it. Erin cleaned my teeth this time and did a great job. I love going here as everyone is efficient and so nice.
