Such a great experience there today. Dr. Tom and his entire staff are excellent. Dr. Tom and staff spent significant time with me going through my x-rays carefully and I feel I'm in very good hands with this practice.

I had poor experiences with Dr. Parsi, he didn't explain things clearly, made awkward and inappropriate comments like "People don't like me and don't want to come see me", talked over his female staff and myself, and accused me of eating too much candy like a child. I generally felt that he talked down to me and didn't make much effort to make sure I was comfortable. I feel bad for the staff who have to work with him daily. I won't be coming back.

I was seen at office for the second time today. Best experience ever. The dentist is very pleasant and knowledgeble. His assistant, office personal very friendly. It makes me feel like going back. My son and my husband will change their care to this office going forward. Thanks All.
