Dr. Britt received his high school education here in Portland, Tennessee. Afterwards, he attended Lipscomb University for his bachelors and masters degrees. He then received his dental education from the University of Tennessee School of Dentistry. Dr. Britt brings a wealth of modern dental knowledge to our practice. As a member of the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Seattle Study Club, and extensive education in implant dentistry, Dr. Britt uses the latest techniques and technologies to help you and your family attain the smiles of your dreams. Dr. Britt and his wife Emily enjoy being outdoors hiking and kayaking, travelling as much as possible, and being home with their Labrador Luna.
Dr. Munger grew up in the small coastal town of Sullivan, Maine. She attended the University of New England where she received both her Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Dental Medicine. After practicing for a couple of years in northern Vermont, she and her husband, Brian, decided to make the move to warmer weather. They are proud to now call Tennessee home. Dr. Munger is a member of the American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. In her spare time she enjoys working on home improvement projects, is an avid reader and loves to explore new hiking trails with Brian and their two dogs.

Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had! Staff was friendly and kind and incredibly efficient. Dr.Munger was pleasant, thorough, and great at explaining everything. Offered multiple treatment options. Just a great experience. Highly recommend.

I loved Dr. Munger and her staff. I walked in with my heart beating out of my chest, after not going to the dentist in maybe 5/6 years. The staff was so friendly and helped keep me calm. Macy cleaned my teeth and I must say, I thought at one point, I might fall asleep lol. I expected to leave their office, with 2 pages full of what most call a "treatment plan." Nope...had a few cavities that needed filling and a few fillings that needed to be replaced. I am going to tell EVERYONE I know about Dr. Munger, Macy and the staff at Mainstreet Dental. You ladies are a blessing and I appreciate your "nonjudgement zone."

The hygienist seemed annoyed at my special requests, but did what was best for me. My teeth are sensitive and cannot handle a Cavitron cleaning so the hygienist had to do my cleaning manually. It seems hygienists are wanting to use a Cavitron on every cleaning they do these days, judging from my past experiences at other dental offices. I am told it helps with not wearing out their wrists, and I can definitely sympathize with that. I have a dental assistant background, so that is perfectly understandable. But not all patients are good candidates for the use of a Cavitron. Also, I couldn't handle a fan blowing in my eyes because I am a contact lense wearer. The air was out in the office and that was the purpose of having the fan. It could have been repositioned and I wouldn't have minded it, but the hygienist had it turned off by another employee instead. Dr. Munger was wonderful. She was very cheerful and pleasant and made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Munger is the best dentist I've ever had. Everyone at main street dental are thoughtful, caring, and professional experts. I also went t Dr. Britt in White House for an implant and he is wonderful! So glad to finally find a good caring dentist team! Thank you all!

First off,I am terrified of a dentist. From the moment I entered this office, today,I was treated very nice. The girl that cleaned my teeth was very sweet and understanding about my fear. She was gentle with me. The Dentist,Dr. Munger was very understanding also. I really would go back to them .... Just not today.lol
