Not exactly something you would expect most dentists to say, but Dr. Jaicks isnt like most dentists. After graduating from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, Dr. Jaicks created a dental practice designed to make every visit for every patient a truly rewarding experience. Thats why Main Street Dental is a place where amazing technology and amazing people come together to redefine dentistry in New Albany. Dr. Jaicks is great with kids and special needs patients as well as with adults of all ages. Hes an avid golfer, tennis player and the proud father of three boys.

I went here for a checkup and cleaning, and had an amazing experience. It's very clean and cozy, everyone is very nice and they did a great job. My teeth are very clean and the cleaning was a breeze.

This is a really great Dentist- I've been going here for about 5 years now and always have excellent experiences. Going to the dentist previously was stressful but I truly don't mind it now. The team is professional, priced-well and provides great care. We have leveraged this dentist for regular cleanings, teeth extractions, cavities, etc. and always have a great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I was so nervous having my tooth pulled. The dentist made sure to make me comfortable during the whole process, even down to the numbing, due to past dentist giving me PTSD during the numbing process, he took his time but was so quick. Thank you so much. Slight swelling today but over all my pain level is super low. Thank you again! So happy with my dentist!

Amazing staff! They are all so helpful, upbeat, and beautiful. It's like the kind of Dentists office that would be in a romcom. I used to think my old dentist Dr. Smiley was the best, but it turns out he just has a clever name. These guys are the best!

AMAZING!!!! Had the greatest experience today with Dr. Jaicks today. The team is so nice and so professional and they put you at ease. I was so scared to get a crown and after Dr. Jaicks handled my crown, I am happy to do more, if needed in the future. Cannot say enough except - loved the experience and love Dr. Jaicks!!! Thank you Main Street Dental - your team is amazing............

Dr. Jaicks and Main Street Dental were like a breath of fresh air when our previous dentist sold out to a corporation! The personalized service is beyond compare. Dr . Jaicks repaired my husbands veneers once we switched over and his teeth have NEVWE LOOKED SO GOOD. The entire staff is patient with those of us who struggle with going to the dentist as well! You will not be disappointed!

After an embarrassingly long dental hiatus, I made an appointment at Main Street Dental and had an incredible experience--from beginning to end. The entire staff was hospitable and made me feel like one of their own. I'm so glad my husband found this dental office and subsequently recommended them to me.

WOW! Main Street Dental gets an A++! Incredible dentistry, very professional, genuine and honest. I was expecting them to judge me for not going to the dentist for a few months but that was the complete opposite! Mike made me feel right at home, walked me through every step and everything that he was doing, I felt very comfortable and cared for. The doctor was very professional, kind and got straight to the point and didn't waste time. They answered every question I had and even gave me multiple options on treatments - I didn't feel rushed and it didn't feel like they were just trying to make another buck from me. I will definitely be going back and recommend this office to anyone who looking for a GREAT dentist office!

Updating my review from a few years ago. It's amazing how an office that was already five stars continues to improve and deliver exemplary care. From the front desk, to the doctors, to the rest of the staff, they are all top notch. I am also always impressed at how they are ahead of the curve in technology. Very pleased.

I have been going to Main Street Dental for a few years now. I have only had pleasant experiences with the staff and all their services. My family members have the same high regards for their friendly and professional staff.
