Had numerous billing issues with this practice and they were difficult to work with. My recent bill shows I owe $300. In actuality, I overpaid by over $50 and still waiting for my refund. I recommend that you look at your bill closely.

My appointment was a prep for a new cap. Using a numbing gel before receiving a shot of a newer alternative to novacaine, I hardly felt the needle. Dr Lily is very efficient and between her and her assistant, Joe, they quickly and efficiently made an impression, ground the tooth down and fitted me for a temperary cap while the new cap is being manufactured. The waiting room always clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and reminiscent of a victorian sitting room! I have no qualms about recommending Main Street Dental to anyone in need of a dentist! Look...No one looks forward to going to the dentist, but Main Street Dental was the best!

Friendly staff, I've never waited more than 10 min and Dr Lily is my favorite dentist i see her each time she is kind, quick and efficient.

They did a great job. A very friendly staff and the hygienist Sam, was very thorough and full of tips and recommendations. The dentist was very knowledgeable and helpful with tips as well. Very happy I found Main Street Dental.

Scheduled my appointment 6 months ago during my last cleaning. Received 2 emails and a text message confirming my next appointment in less then a week. Then received a phone call saying my appointment needed to be cancelled because the dentist would be out of the country for 2 weeks on family vacation. Was this vacation just planned this morning? I've had the appointment for 6 months and now, less then a week before my appointment, I get a call that it has been cancelled. To top it off, the next appointment available isn't for another 2 months. No thanks, I'll find somewhere else more professional.

Scheduling needs bracing up. Went to APPOINTMENT to find out it was cancelled. Was told they tried to call but o record on my phone.Was told I opted put of text message,most likely calling wrong number. Did received email to confirm my app on Jine 3rd for the 9th.

Cap was incorrectly installed. Could not get appointments during pandemic. After the pandemic they claim that the office that performed service was sold off or bought out. Cap needs to be replaced. They will not remedy. They were kind enough to respond to this review. However, after multiple exchanges of information etc. nothing has changed, they require an additional fee.

The staff at Main Street Dental of Beckett are great! Going to the dentist has always been stressful for me. Dr Lily and Danielle are so kind and always put me at ease. They really care about their patients!

I've been going to Main Street Dental for about 16 years. I hate seeing the dentist but since Dr. Lily joined, I no longer have anxiety going to the dentist. She is wonderful. .

Main street dental gives outstanding service. They are extremely accommodating to my appointments and scheduling with the kids. They are extremely friendly. They go above and beyond with the kids and making them feel comfortable. They are extremely patient. All niceties aside, they are extremely thorough in their cleanings and checking your teeth. I never feel rushed when meeting with the Doctor at the end of the appointment even when they are busy. I would highly recommend this dentist for families.

MSD offers an affordable plan for a family with no dental insurance. The staff have always been helpful and have helped explain things to me when needed. I have been pleased with the dental care my family has received. I am glad to have MSD in our area.
