Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. I have some mental health issues with PTSD. They were aware and were completely unprofessional. I cried softly through my first two visits and not one note Anywhere in my file. The 3rd visit I was completely triggered and they made it 10 times worse. They have zero empathy or compassion I do not recommend them. I am finding another dentist amd my insurance company is making sure they did not over charge me. The last consultation they did not even turn into my insurance company I found out today. Waiting 3 months for information on a surgery they recommended

Deep cleaning appointment. Hygienist was awesome. Considered my apprehension with needles. Upper teeth were the focus. She said more shots are required for numbing. She used a topical, then carefully tested my tolerance with tools. I was comfortable so she continued with the cleaning and eliminated the shots. My teeth look great. Very happy with the process and end result.

I lost my front tooth and went to Main Street Dental Group the same day I lost my tooth. They made me a temporary and ordered the new cap and two weeks later they install it. It fit perfect!! Am so glad I lost that cap as the new one fits and looks so much better. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to everyone. Five stars plus! THANK YOU!!

Not recommended. Front desk one girl is very rude , doesn't greet well. I had spent nearly $4000 for a bridge. for one missing tooth . Exactly after one year bridge fell out of my mouth while I was eating toast. It was not only bridge but two teeth broke along with the bridge, ( 2 teeth were holding the bridge). Now one year later after spending $4000, I have to get 3 teeth implant. And it is costing me around $15000. Now dentist tell me that my teeth were week to hold the bridge. If that was the case , she didn't have to do the bridge. I could have gone with one tooth implant. But she did the bridge anyway.

Having my teeth cleaned with their experience assistance made this an enjoyable visit also the use of the X-rays plus photos shows me if there are any problems. I recommend this place for personal attention and a wonderful healthy smile.

I highly recommend if you are considering this dental office to look elsewhere. I had a dental onlay done to a molar which wasnt in any pain to begin with. This procedure cost more than what my insurance copay should have been because it was an "upgrade" since the onlay was made by their 3D printer. I have had dental pain in that tooth ever since. When I called the dentist office weeks later, the dentist would not even look at the tooth and referred me to an edodontist. I'm out over $900, in pain, and looking for a new dentist that stands by their work. If you want to be like me, making payments for their 3D printer, and be in pain until you find a new dentist then this is the place for you. Instead of trying to "repair" my tooth, it would have been nice to be refered to the edodontist to assess that tooth for a root canal before charging me 900 dollars for her "repair". It very much feels like I'm being treated like a money machine and not a human patient. This is the only dentist I have ever had that has caused ongoing pain and did not even want to see what might be happening with the "repair" that she did.

I had a horrible experience here. I had irritated my gums by brushing to hard and did so in an area where I have a root canal. The area was slightly swollen and inflamed. As suspected, infection was setting in. A young dentist nearly demanded I allow him to pull the tooth and do a bone graft. I said no, I'd rather take care of the infection and swelling first with antibiotics and make an appointment for a few days later. He refused to prescribe the amtibiotic... withholding it unless I agree to allowing him to pull the tooth now! I refused, went to another doctor, got the antibiotic medication and took extra strength ibuprofin. By end of day, healing was already happening. By the way, he was trying to charge Medicare $1000 and me $1000 out of pocket. Very suspicious!

I was a brand new patient with a huge dental emergency. I was able to be seen that same day by Dr. Khazali who was an amazing Dr. She is extremely knowledgeable and her bedside manner was amazing. I have a lot going on in my mouth right now so I had to come back the next day to see the endodontist, let me just say 2 days of massive dental work in a row can really do a number on your jaw especially if you have TMJ. Ouch.. but the way Dr Khazali administered the shots I hardly felt them. The next day I saw Dr. Vahabi who was just as amazing, knowledgeable and gental. She worked fast despite the craziness she had to deal with inside my mouth. Both of these Dr.s and the hygienist Gladys Gamez were extremely professional but made me feel at ease. The tech named Jonah was very sweet and welcoming and very precise with the x-rays so there was no need to repeatedly re-do them especially when my mouth was already sore and that made him my favorite person ever that day. Dealing with the front office staff was fantastic as she broke everything down and even recommended the best way to time out the payments so I wouldn't upset my FSA provider. was given a couple different options in how to proceed as far as my care went, depending on my budget and everything was clearly outlined for me. I am a bit upset I can not remember her name and she was awesome so when I remember it I will add it here. The point is this place is great and each person deserves to be recognized individually for making it run so amazingly. If you are dealing with FSA cards this seems to be the place to go as you are sent detailed summaries of each visit to your electronic chart and it includes receipts, after care, medications, everything. It's awesome and you can access it 24/7. Overall great experience. Sorry this was so long I've just never had such a positive experience at a dental office and it's hard to convey that in a review.

Main Street Dental Group is ONE OF THE BEST. I and all my whole family including my parents go there, despite the long drive from my home. It is worthed each mile! We can't replace them with any other offices. For 10 years every one of us in the family try different dentists and finally we were blessed to find them! Professional and kind staff, GREAT and extraordinary dentist and surgeon, and friendly environment. They also offer Insurance plan! They truly take care of their patients! I introduced them to two of my other friends and they are having the same experience, one of my friend drives for two hours to go to this office! as I said you can't find any other dental office like this group! I thank each one them specially Dr. Khazali on behalf of myself, my family and my parents.

Heard about the new management while back. Even tough we live in Anaheim , still worth the 2 hour drive to do my dentistry work in one day. Pros : Super professional and friendly staff Flexible payment plans work with your schedule. Cons : havnt found any yet.
