We are a family-oriented office that provides dental treatment for the entire family. With procedures ranging from general cleanings to some oral surgery, Dr. Marcos Villarreal and Dr. Barry Butler can treat a variety of dental issues regardless of age. We will welcome you as if you were a member of the family and provide you with quality dental care that creates long-lasting results.
Dr. Marcos Villarreal was raised in Corpus Christi, graduated from St. Mary's in San Antonio, and completed dental school at Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry. He worked in a clinic setting after dental school, and joined Dr. Butler and Main Street Dental Care in 2016. He and wife Dr. Christina Villarreal, who is also a licensed dentist, are parents to 3 beautiful little girls. Dr. Marcos and the entire staffenjoy treating patients with individual, customized care.
Rhonda, Julie and Tonya are the friendly faces that greet everyone and handle all of the scheduling, insurance, and financial arrangements for our practice. They are the experts when it comes to understanding dental insurance.
Lynn, Kimberly and Tracy are the Registered Dental Hygienists for the practice and are the cornerstone of our preventive dental care philosophy. They are famous for their gentle, yet thorough cleanings.
Tony and Debra are the Registered Dental Assistants and they assist Dr. Butler & Dr. Villarreal with dental procedures. They insure that your dental treatment goes smoothly and efficiently with maximum comfort. They are truly the back bone of the office.

Very professional, very clean and efficient environment. Doctors and associates are uber friendly and competent. Only dentist I've ever been comfortable with. Easily refer them to other patients.

Dr. Villareal is a wonderful dentist. I have referred several friends to him, and I am so delighted that he and his wife have taken over Main Street Dental. I became a new patient when he helped me twice for an emergency during the pandemic, and my former dentist couldn't fit me in. He is a true professional!

My hygienist Alicia was very thorough gentle and very pleasant. Dr Villareal was also very good. And explained everything and was willing to do what I needed at pace I could handle since I didn't have insurance.

Loved it!!! The hygienists and dentists are super nice, and know what they are doing! They do not push things on you that you do not need like I have dealt with in the past. They don't even push Invisiline which most dentists do now a days. I told them all my issues I had in my mouth, and they worked around everything. This was the first time I have gone to a dentist and wasn't in agony taking X-rays due to my Torus. They worked around it and I was in comfort. Highly recommend this place to anyone, especially if you live in the Rowlett area.

I cannot tell you how much it means to me to find an honest and kind dentist. So many dental offices have become places that are just about sales but main Street dental Care is somewhere you can trust. They are also extremely efficient and aware that how valuable the patient's time is. The dentist is very good at his job and I experienced zero pain and was as comfortable as possible getting my fillings done. You can tell that he works really hard to do an excellent job. I feel so lucky to have found this family dentist and look forward to them being my dentist for many years to come.

Loved my experience!! I had a cleaning done by Kim and she was so sweet and gentle! They made me feel so comfortable! Dr. Villarreal explained everything perfectly, answered my questions and I didn't feel like he was pressuring me to do anything that wasn't needed. Definitely recommend going here! 10/10!

This is a wonderful office !! Every time i come in they are always so professional and respectful . I haven't had any issues in the 5 years i've been coming here . Lexi and the other women in the front are lovely and tun things in a timely matter . fast and smooth

I have been a patient of Main Street Dental Care since I was a teenager and we used this practice for all of our children. All of the hygienists as well as the dentists make you feel like family and treat their patients with a high level of care. I moved from Rowlett several years ago, but I drive from Dallas to Rowlett because Main Street Dental is worth it!
