Dr. Stephen Dang has been practicing dentistry in the same location in Alhambra for over 30 years! He received his dental degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, in 1983. Prior to dental school, he attended UCLA for his undergraduate studies. As a dentist, Dr. Dang strives to help patients maintain their teeth and gums for life. He does this by providing a full range of services and staying updated in the dental world through his lifelong membership in the American Dental Association.

Liz has worked with Dr. Stephen M. Dang the longest, providing excellent customer service for our patients in both English and Spanish. Her favorite part of Main Street Dental is the dentist and her coworkers. Liz is a graduate of Pasadena City College and Bryman School, and she began her career as a registered dental assistant. In her free time, she has volunteered for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles, and she currently hosts foreign exchange students, loves watching TV, and is an avid gardener.
Cynthia loves educating our patients at Main Street Dental. She enjoys learning about and implementing the latest techniques from her continuing education courses. Cynthia graduated from Cerritos College and has since been part of our team for over 10 years. Her family includes her daughter and son.
Silviya has been part of our team for over 20 years. She has a thorough knowledge of dentistry and enjoys implanting the latest advanced techniques taught in the continuing education classes she attends. Silviya graduated from USCs dental hygiene program with a Bachelor of Science. She and her husband have been married for 35 years and share 2 daughters.

It was obvious that Dr Dang was not able to do the work needed after being told by the receptionist that he could. We were charged over $100 for the consultation without being told that there would be a fee. Also, X-rays were taken and we were charged more than double the cost of any other dental office. He wants to farm the work out to others and take commission. AVOID

He's great. He knows his work. Doesn't over charge and works the you. Doesn't do more then he has too. Great guy and I highly recommend him. He's a 10!

I was referred to Dr. Dang by my orthodontist whom I trust completely. I felt very comfortable with all the staff especially Liz, the office manager who is always cheerful, patient and explains everything clearly to you. It's great they are opened on Saturdays and I've been going for my cleaning on Saturdays. They will accommodate you which is just wonderful. Now I'm hoping Dr. Dang doesn't retire!

Been going to see Dr Dang and Sylvia his Dental Hygienist for years now. Found them on Yelp and Bless the People who shared their reviews. Amazing job with a "numbing lollipop" prior to injection when needed. Those buggers can be traumatizing. BUT NOT with Dr Dang. He's also excellent diagnostition. Keeeps my teeth in excellent shape. No need to ever fear the dentist again with Dr. Dang on your team! Sylvia has the most gentle touch! I've had bad experiences with dental hygienists who want to clean your teeth by sticking puck straight into your gums - don't even feel Sylvia. I had a problem with plaque build up but Sylvia helped me find a winning formula so now only have to go every 5 months instead of every 3 for a cleaning. Liz the office Manager is amazing too! Wizard of mastering insurance paperwork. Very chatty and fun to talk to. Love the new dental asistant, Barbara, she's such a low key, pleasant, supportive positive change to the office. Really fits in and compliments the positive low key atmosphere. Trauma free dental experience and dare I say good time, come to see Dr Dang and Gang at Main Street Dental!!! You'll be so glad you did!!!
