Unfortunately, some of there techs treat us good until my daughter finish her braces treatment.Now when we go for her retainer the staff makes my daughter feel bad the service is awful since we don't owe any money we are no longer treat the same.Treating a customer equally and with respect should always be the same. Very sad that my daughter has to feel uncomfortable when she visits this office while for near 1 1/2 the techs were treating her differently. Yesterday the tech next to my daughter refer to her patient "he is the best patient" but sarcastically. Happened to be that this patient is one of my daughter best friend at school.I don't know the intention of the comment as I was next to the tech.

Dr Krawjesky is an excellent dentist, very caring. She is great with children. We have been going to her practice for years. My kids love her!!

Best children's Dentistry ever. From the time you go in and see the staff, all of them are super nice. Doctor Rey super nice, friendly, kind and easy to talk too. She explains every detail and make it easy. My daughter doesn't want to go no place else if it's not there. I absolutely recommend this dental office four our kids. Thumbs up

Great office and staff. I called freaking out about my daughter having shark teeth but the receptionist was so friendly and accommodating so it helped me relax. Overall the wait time is not bad and my daughter likes it

Steer clear of this place during the summer! It's like they have a competition of how many kids they can get in/out in a day. I feel as though it's all about $$$ as opposed to the quality/timing of care. I had an appointment at 8:30AM and didn't get called back until more than an hour later. This is not acceptable as some people have young children that can get restless and some people have jobs to get to. I don't book a morning appointment to get seen in the afternoon. Yes, summer is busy because kids are on break however they should book/make appointments according to procedure(time wise).

The waiting time is awful. The last appointment we had was for 1 and 1:30 PM. They called us in at 2:10 PM. They have signs posted asking everyone to have patience due to it being summer and kids are out of school. The truth is that they are always running behind schedule and never adjust. I am not sure if they overbook appointments, work slow, are understaffed or do not respect other people's time. Looks like it is time to look for another dentist.

We recently change from AC Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics and I have to say this was the best decision I have made . The staff is very helpful and super nice they have a great customer service. Love they don't book so much appointments like they do in the ace pediatrician dentist. We didn't wait so much to se the dentist is was a huge difference for us . Definitely recommend it

The staff and the doctor was very professional and very nice answered all my questions very good customer service and at least for us no wait time so it went great as first time taking my child there. I think it is VERY important to have good staff great staff make the Doctor look good bad staff even if the director is very good can make the difference no one wants bad staff since they are the first point of contact and the first impression so this office is doing a great job!
