We always have a great experience here for our son's dental appts. He's been seeing Dr.Julia for almost 3yrs now and we all love her! She is very sweet, approachable and , thankfully, has a beautiful singing voice, which distracts my son when he gets tiresome or nervous with a specific task being done on his teeth. Also, she's quick-handed, yet precise during any treatments, minimizing discomfort and talks to her patients directly and answers all our questions and concerns patiently. The staff is very pleasant aswell, which is usually not a common scenario in the medical field. They are nice during ck-in and ck-out and call to confirm and remind you of appts. Love thus place.

My kids love this place the staff are sweet and have really great patience my son who is 4 hates the dentist and always throws a tantrum until we switched to mainstreet now he is so calm and lets them do their jobs

If I could give no stars I would!!! I scheduled an appointment with my twice and they canceled her appointment without even calling me. They sent me text message stating to Call to reschedule. I call no one ever answers the phone. Finally was able to get someone to call me back just for them to tell me my daughter has to be seen at a different location due to the doctor leaving. Fast forward me being moved to the new location and my sister brings my daughter there to get seen while I was working and they tell her she can't be seen because I wasn't present !! Smh they told me with her being switch to a different facility she is now considered a new patient and I needed to be there for the initial visit. I ask to reschedule for the weekend since I work throughout the week. But as told they are closed on weekends! The staff was very rude and unprofessional! Stay away please. It is not worth the headache!!!!

Scheduled an appointment here over 3 months ago (it was soonest available then), then before the appointment get a text they need to cancel and will call me to reschedule. No one called. I called and left a message and never heard back. Based on this inconsideration, will be going to another provider.

While I haven't been to this location, I just want to give a BOOMING THANK YOU to Miss Celena (Office Manager) for her professionalism, empathy, and guidance during our call as I sought dental services for my son. Miss Celena was extremely prudent in helping me navigate the Why? and the Who? in getting my child the best dental services, and was kind while doing so. I'm BIG about my customer service experience, so I have to give appreciation where it is deserved. Miss Celena, I appreciate you! For Real.

The dental staff at Mainstreet dentistry were awesome!! Shout out to Santrice and Sharnell- they were excellent with my 2 sons with anxiety. My kids really gave them a tough time but they remained fun and positive and happy and helped as much as they could. I've already requested them for next time. Thank you ladies so much

We had a great experience today with the staff. Santrice exhibited extreme patience when working with my 3 year old. She was patient and adaptable to make sure he would still receive the appropriate services. The dentist spent time meeting with me and reviewed her findings and thoroughly explained the next steps.

I would give zero stars if possible unfortunately when I called with a dental emergency for my daughter who had fallen and cracked loosened one tooth with another pushed up into its socket and excessive bleeding the office staff laughed at me and said nothing until august while the receptionist in the background continually chuckled and said "she actually thought she could be seen today". For a practice that lists emergency dental they clearly do not provide it.

I had to take my great review back that I posted years ago. This place has really been driven down hill. They have rescheduled us over four times. One because the Doctor left the company, Two, because they stopped taking certain insurances. "I purchased a new Insurance" then I rescheduled. Three, they had no doctor for our appointment, and last but not least four, because the doctor is going on Maternity leave and has no replacement. Keep in mind they schedule you out 3 months every time! So my child has been prolonged for 1 YEAR! This place use to be so good. But they have turned very dis functional, unorganized, and lost their drive to care for patients. I will be switching Dentist after 6 years of being with them. I hope they get it together for the sake of the business. There is no reason it should take 1 year to complete a treatment plan for a child.
