We have been with them for several years with a very good experience, but this year has been awful.. staff schedule my daughter appointment for cleaning when was for treatment and they didn't realize, after one hour waiting she was called and the lady was going to start the cleaning and i had to stop her. Than they provide me the treatment information of another patient. And since June I'm trying to get her treatment schedule with no success. Like many other patients said most likely we will need to look for a different dentist.

My daughter and I definitely love this office. Dra. Martinez is the best dentist in the world. She's so kind, lovely and explains everything so well my daughter know her since she was a baby and now it's almost 9 years and she still love her and enjoy coming to the dentist just because of her. Thank you for everything Dra. Martinez

Its amazing how busy this office is but yet gives great customer service. Its a good distance from my residence but with the level of customer service we received, i will keep them.

Love the staff in the back of the house, but they act clueless when it comes to time management. How does an office schedule more appointments than chairs in the waiting room. It is a consistent hour long wait no matter what. 2 hours for a cleaning that is a 20 minute procedure is disrespectful to everyone's time but their own. As for the person responding on behalf of the office, don't tell me to contact the office manager. I have had several conversations with many of the employees about their lack of communication and time management. It gets nowhere. It's a shame they can keep doing this to people. I shouldn't have to take a day off of work for a dentist appointment.

Dr Carmona is a wonderful orthodontist and we always get treated so well. On the dental side, Dr Martinez is amazing. She is so kind and caring to the kids. My son is on the spectrum and loves to go see her that should say it all! The office manager couldn't be nicer and helpful. She always greets us as family. Highly recommend!

My 4 year old daughter had the most amazing experience here. Twice b4 I had taken her to a different dentist and they always spoke to her as if she were an adult. No comforting or making it playful. But Main Street is the complete opposite. Very warm and welcoming. Screens up with videos running for kids to be distracted while having their work done. Incredibly friendly staff. And they have a treasure box for the kids to choose from after. We have found our dentists office!

This place use to be the best dental practice I've taken my kids to. However over the last year the quality of care has drastically declined. The cancellation and rescheduling has became INSANE! My daughter has gone almost a YEAR without a treatment plan being completed. The new staff isn't as knowledgeable as the last set of staff members. My kids have been going here for over 7 years and I now have to find another provider because the health of my kids teeth are important anymore here. The actual dentist on staff is unreliable and now they can't keep a consistent steady provider. I wouldn't recommend this practice anymore to anyone.

The best Children's dentist I could have ever hoped for. My two children are extremely apprehensive at the dentist but Francis Martinez is so good at what she does and always finds a way to make my kiddos comfortable. She never rushes and always takes her time and explains things to me. I would recommend Mainstreet to anyone looking for an amazing Children's dentist.

I have an autistic child and it was his 1st time at the dentist. I was so nervous because he screams when he's upset and I knew he was not going to love having his mouth poked and what not. I asked for an individual room and they set one up for us which was so amazing! The nurse was AWESOME and knew just how to handle my son. Also, the fact that we had our own room made me feel a million times less on edge. The dentist is so nice and was very quick and informative! Overall, they are fantastic here especially if you have a special needs child. They really go above and beyond to make the child comfortable!

My daughter was a patient of Dr. Martinez for the past 5 years. The office has gotten so disorganized with appointments. The girls answering phones are rude and don't care if they were the ones who made a mistake with your appointment. Dr. Martinez and the staff in the back are nice. I'm sad that I have to go somewhere else, but I can't deal with their crazy scheduling and rudeness. They will reschedule your appointment without your consent. Save yourself a headache and find an office that will respect your time as you respect theirs.

I like it there and do do my kids. But the wait time is ridiculously long. At my last visit 2 people who came after me were seen by the doctor before me. That is unexceptable. They need a better system.

The scheduling is done very poorly. They scheduled 9 people at the same time and have people lined up in the hallway to get in and then have everyone scattered in the front office with no organization or proper sign in process. The receptionist was very rude. She spoke of me as if I were not present when discussing my child's appointment with a coworker. She literally spoke of me while I was standing in front of her. I even attempted to greet her twice to break the conversation she proceeded to ignore my presence.She didn't see me scheduled for that day however I presented her with a text and email verifying my appointment was in fact that day and time. She looked at me with disdain and told me flat out come back tomorrow. She had no concern or sincereity. She didn't offer a note for my work or child's school we missed to be there on time. It was horrifying I'm never going back and this was a new patient visit !!!

I have never had a bad experience! The staff are wonderful!! Both my kids go there to receive ortho and cleanings and are so excited to go everytime!!I have never seen so many kids excited to go to the dentist!

Highly unprofessional, I called to confirm my appointment for my 2 year old daughter, the front desk person Mariah failed to inform me that they did not allow another guardian besides myself to attend the appointment.Very unorganized, personnel should be trained to be more efficient when it come to new patients. Management at this place failed to provide proper customer service as well. I do not recommend this place.
