First time at this office and I must say I felt so happy to know that the staff was pleasant and kind. The service was great and I would definitely recommend friends and family. Everyone was patient and very informative. I love the team at this office.

Not a good start I called the office to make appts for 2 children. I was told to go online because they don't do appts on phone. I made the appts online and now they tell me that names are not showing up ( which I have proof) and the appts were changed to their convenience. Also I got questioned about one of my child's disability. Need better training. Is like I was being screened in order to be seen.Choose this location after reading the reviews.Disappointed, not a way of doing business.

Brought my daughter to this office first time at a dentist she's 5 years old. Amazing front desk. Very nice. However the woman who took us in and started taking X-rays was so unprofessional!! People who work for any type pediatrics know how to speak and deal with children. She was aware that my daughters gums were sensitive and was nervous and was aggravated with my daughter while trying to get X-rays of her teeth. No explanation of what she was doing to the patient, no personality, extremely dry. My daughter obviously started to cry and she had 0 remorse for a 5 year old child who was scared and uncomfortable. Then to say she had to retake some bc she kept crying. Telling my daughter no don't bite! Open! Chin up!!!! I walked out. All it takes is that one bad apple and it made me see the office as unprofessional at that point. SMH got in the car and due to what's going on with my daughters gum and this thing being jammed into her mouth they were now hurting her. Absolutely unprofessional ugly rude and now my daughters had a bad first experience with a dentist and that's exactly what I DID NOT WANT.

The staff and dentist are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The care and concern for my son is appreciated. Getting called to the back happens really fast and the appointments move along well. I am pleased.

Not bad, took my son a couple of times. The problem I had was that from the beginning they misspelled my son's name, it did not match the insurance, and they never corrected it. The first time, I sent an email with a copy of the bill that came later to my house, and the problem was solved. For the second time the bill came when I was no longer using that insurance. Send an email again with the second bill and the complain. They didn't reply. Another bill came to my to my house. I called and they told me that my son's data is not registered, as he was never there, which is weird because Then they call me to confirm an appointment. ?????????. I did not understand. For lack of time I did not pay more attention. Now I got a debt collection letter from main street children dentistry.

They claim they can only see toddlers in the mornings, but when I checked my 4 year old daughter out of school early to make it to her appointment on time, 45 minutes had passed and I was STILL WAITING.... So I proceed to reschedule for another date, during a later time (when I don't have to check my daughter out of school early) and they said "sorry, we can only see her in the morning." Take "children" off the title if you can't accommodate ALL CHILDREN during your normal operating hours.

clean office/ waiting room . Nice receptionist and great at multitasking. The drs & assistants are so sweet Super fast , my daughter was in and out I had all my questions and concerns answered . I'm so glad I switched to this dentistry .
