Very disappointed in my sons doctor today. She literally over talked my opinion on a certain product I had concerns about using on my sons teeth and was hoping to ask for other options. Instead, she talked over me then storms out the room. Today, made his 2nd appointment with her, mind you, that first appointment didn't go so well neither. No greet, No questions, just in and out and demanding/aggressive attitude. Once you call out her behavior to the rest of her staff like the dental assistant and/or the receptionist(with the platinum blonde hair) they'll start to give off careless attitude. Therefore, I'll be switching locations The entire office made me uncomfortable.

Won't answer their phones, charging me double for a bill already paid in full which I was told by the supervisor to disregard and they would handle only to be billed yet again and again. They're yet to return my call

This office has the the worst customer service staff ever. They are unprofessional and have an apparent preference for only a select ethnic group of people. I really wished they would make that clear before time and money is wasted on making and arriving to an appointment. I will never return to their office nor refer them to anyone.

Yet again this office continues to fail when it comes to unprofessionalism, breach of HIPPA laws, and follow through. Office manager got upset because of a previous one star she received, asked me to take it down as I will not, when that is the condition of her office. Yesterday , apparently a receptionist by the name of Ayuandra Gil decided to get rude with me for the 3rd time, when this time not only did she get what she was looking for, I also followed up with a formal complaint. This needs to stop. Harassing me about money, and has never placed authorization or follow through with my insurance company, whom of which has contacted them over 3 times to no avail. RIDICULOUS!!!

If l could a zero, I would. Run, and do not continue to patronage this office. They clearly offend other cultures, by only speaking Spanish, playing Spanish music, as well as Spanish television shows. Has taken my grand son to appointments here and witnessed unprofessionalism from the front office all the way to the back. This place is pitiful. I will be following up

First of all...where did these hustlers come from? How do you tell me one week ago that you won't be able to do a route canal because of my daughter's insurance. But you call a week later soliciting, now that you found out that her insurance would pay for it in full, without us telling you to do so. An when I told you no,that we don't want the route canal, because my daughter is 8yrs old,they became very rude,and said that don't want to do anything else if it's not the route canal. Plz..if you or anyone know this place, watch out for Dr.Jaquline,and her assistant. They're bad business.

Every time, we set an appointment, we end up waiting for 20-30 minutes after the time that's coordinated between the office, and the parent. It's extremely unprofessional, and disorganized to set a time for a patient to come, the patient is there 15 minutes early, but they wait an hour to be seen. Not to mention, you're waiting outside in the heat with your child. There's positives here, but the lack of consideration for time of the patient needs to be addressed.

Was excited to bring my 2 year old in for his first dentist visit today but ended up having to walk out due to the excessive wait. The appointment was at 9:30am. We had done all of our paperwork online ahead of time and arrived at 9:15am. At 10:30am, they still ready ready for us so we left. By 11am, they called me say they were ready. Really confused at how an office can be 90 minutes behind only 30 minutes after opening!! We will not be rebooking again at this office and will be looking for a new option.

My son has been going to this office for years but this is the first time he's had Erika and Dr Luther. He gives a lot of information on careers and education, which was very helpful. Dr Luther is a very interesting person that makes you feel welcome, it was a great experience. I strongly recommend them.

I love love love Dr. Luther and his assistants Erika. Overall , the whole staff in this practice is kind and personable. Both of my kids have had several procedures done here and they always leave happy and willing to come back for the next appointment. I appreciate everyone's patience aswell. Dr. Luther is incredible not only with the kids but with me aswell as he makes me feel comfortable and has built up a sense of trust in which I know my kids will always be in good hands.

Dr. Luther and his assistant are the beat. My daughter felt so relaxed and comfortable with them. Dr Luther is intelligent and knowledgeable . I will be going back as long as he works there!!

Main Street Pediatric Dentistry has been and continues to be an amazing practice in all ways! I took my own children here, and continue to now take my grandchildren, with pleasure! Plantation office is wonderful! Office staff and hygienist are GREAT, but Dr. Akerman totally makes this practice as perfect as it is! She is so kind hearted, patient, sweet, understanding, loving and CARING! She treats ALL her patients with the upmost care! I'm so grateful for Dr. Akerman and highly recommend this practice to others! You won't be sorry!!!!!
