The staff that treat my daughter are professional and courteous, as is the orthodontist. However the office manager or finance PERSON (not sure of her title) does not understand HIPAA and is not professional. The reason I stay here is because my daughter already has her braces on and I signed the financial agreement, and more importantly my daughter is treated well. Choose wisely before signing.

First time taking my kids to this office and it was wonderful. Courteous staff, clean waiting room and office as well as very patient staff as my son has autism. Our dental assistant, Vicky, was so patient with my children. Dr. Fitzgerald explained the plan of treatment well and answered all of my questions.

My daughter just had her 1st appointment at Main Street Dental. She is 13 and we had horrible experiences at her last dental office, so we decided to try Main Street. I couldn't be happier and neither could my daughter. Dr. Fitzgerald and her Dental Assistant Vicky were amazing! They were kind, patient and made my daughter so comfortable. The difference between this office and her last office is night and day, and we are so grateful! Thank you Vicky, and Dr. Fitzgerald!

Dr. Fitzgerald and Assistants Vicky & Valerie were amazing! 5 year old was a little scared, but she said they were so gentle she didn't feel scared once.

My daughter has been going to Main Street Children's Dental since she was a baby and she just recently got braces. The Dr's & the office staff are wonderful and they do an excellent job making dentist office kid friendly

My kids & I love Main Street children's dentistry. Dr. Fitzgerald & her dental assistant Vicky are the best. They are very thorough and made my kids comfortable and were very patient with them. Such a loving office, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!!

Dr. Fitzgerald and the team at Main Street children's dentistry are amazing! From check in, x-rays, cleanings, procedures and check out they are always putting my son (and me) at ease! I am very pleased with this office and would recommend it to anyone looking for a children's dentist!

Wonderful staff that know how to make the children feel safe and comfortable with being there. They work at the little one's pace. My 3 y/o had no problem letting them do the cleaning and fluoride!

I been going to this place with my kids and the Front staff are doing in amazing Job , they're so Professional . Specially the lady at check in and the rest of the staff are so friendly .This is one of the best in Naples

Very unorganized, unprofessional staff. Nobody is on the same page. As a single mother of four if I have to do Main Street Dentals job of keeping track of things there is a huge failure of communication. Alexis customer service and respect for hand in hand. Very disappointed in how I was spoken to. Completely blind sided.

Office staff is terrible. You have to call multiple times to get a hold of someone & even if you leave a voicemail they won't call you back. They try to force you into appointment slots and apparently "prioritize certain guests for certain time slots only". The manager is unprofessional and basically just talks you in circles. The ONLY saving grace this place has is that the orthodontist& the lovely ladies who work directly on your teeth.

I had a great experience at this amazing office. The receptionists are very helpful and kind, Abigail was so sweet, gentle and patient with my daughter while doing the X-rays and dental cleaning, and Dr. Munoz was very knowledgeable, she answered all my questions and took great care of my daughter.
