WORT EXPERIENCE EVER! SO RUDE ON THE PHONE. PROLONGED MY DAUGHTER'S DENTAL WORK, SO HER TEETH GOT WORSE. SHE ENDED UP WITH A INFECTION DUE TO A ROOTTIP BEING LEFT AFTER THEY EXTRACTED A TOOTH AND THEY WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME ANTIBIOTICS FOR HER. THEY PUT ME ON HOLD AND NEVER CAME BACK. FRONT DESK IS SO SO SO RUDE!!!

In the beginning I gave this place 20 stars. But I've taken it back due to lack of accommodations especially when the appt is cancelled due to the dr not being there and then told if i need a Saturday i have to will till November. Poor customer service ! I will NOT call your office to speak with the office manager. I've contacted corporate

Got a call today from the front desk to confirm if I was still taking my children for their appointment. Whoever called me (did not get the name), was shockingly rude and disrespectful for (truly) no apparent reason. I do not like getting anyone in trouble, but I could not let this go. Completely unprovoked rudeness, and then she hang up on me mid-sentence! I sincerely hope that this is not acceptable behavior in this dentist office. Whoever that was, PLEASE don't treat anyone else like that. It's completely unacceptable. PS: Something is obviously very wrong at this practice (unless it has already been resolved). For the low reviews, their replies are usually completely dismissive and aloof! What is going on in this place??? A childrens' dentistry?!?!??

Thank you Dr Marrecau and Paulette for guiding me on my braces journey! The process was so easy and did I forget to mention painless lol! Bedside manners deserve a 10 star rating from both Doctors and staff. My children come for Dr. Christie who ensures top notch service and care is provided. This place is AWESOME!. The front office staff are all smiles and nice. Kid friendly with books and kids friendly shows. Faye and Dr Christine were patient with my boys. They were prompt on time.My boys even didn't want to go home, just wanted to hang out. We will be back in six months definitely!

From the moment I called to set up appointments for 3 kids, I knew I was going to have a great experience. The receptionist were so kind and accommodating. Once we arrived Dr. Michaud and Diana were so kind and patient with all 3 of our girls. The office is clean, the whole staff is welcoming and just amazing. I was so comfortable throughout the whole appointment and so were the girls. Highly recommend their office

the staff is the best. I wouldn't take my children anywhere else. My youngest has always been afraid of the dentist from a bad experience, Dr.Christie and The hygienist helped my baby out so much! Always a great experience.

This pediatric dental office is the absolute best!! So truly happy I found them. Dr Christie and team was fantastic made my 6 year old daughter feel so comfortable!! Highly Recommend.

We have been going here for the last 5 years and always had good experiences. Last week, my 5 year old son was in an accident at the skate park and knocked his 2 front teeth out. We rushed there to get him treated. Every staff member we interacted with was wonderful. Warm and friendly, and worked hard to set us both at ease in the midst of a pretty traumatic experience. The doctor even gave me her cell number to call after hours and over the weekend if we needed to.
