Dr.O the dentist at Main st dental in Glen Burnie as well as her dental assistant Mrs.Nicki is amazing. Highly recommend taking your kids to see them. They not only do an amazing job but make your kids feel completely comfortable well doing so. The only dentist and assistant I want touching my kids.

This place is the worst. They pulled out my son tooth and left it in his mouth. When we can back to address the issue , having pictures and al, they basically called me and my son liars. Then we asked to speak with the office manager Natalya who I was not able to get on the phone until I threatened to take legal action. The dentist who came to speak to us about the tooth being pulled was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. She even went as far to call my husband incompetent because she felt that he didn't relay the info obtained from the consult. I was unable to attend so he went and she tried to lie and say she said all of these things pertaining to my sons braces but he was unable to convey that back to me.!! I promise it would be in your best interest to stay away from this dental practice. P.S : not need to respond stating that I should reach out to your office manager because she is very hard to get in contact with and will not return any of your calls!! Natalya is her name!!

Ms. Johanna is always warm and welcoming as she greets you and your child into the office! Dr. Chang and Dr. Phan are the absolute best! Patient with children, thorough throughout treatment, and good with parent communication. Always a pleasant, this time a great experience for my 8 year old!

I will be filing a formal complaint. At the end of sons appointment he was yelled at my a parent in the waiting room for bouncing his ball from the vending machine. What did the staff do ? Absolutely NOTHING! The manager came to the front and did she come to my son ? No! Did she ask if he was ok? No! She went and talked to the grown man while my 6 year old son stood there crying after being yelled at by a complete stranger. They did not handle this situation appropriately at all! Especially with kids present the only reason the manager even gave my son an "apology" is because I said "so is no one going to apologize for this man making my son cry?" She had no concern for my son at all and he's the patient he's been a patient for years ! She did not introduce herself , she did not make the father leave, absolutely nothing was done! Kids can't even bounce a ball that they earned after he had a scary trip to the dentist without being yelled at my a complete stranger ! That is the unacceptable behaviors, not one staff member said anything to my son at all!

She told them to shut up in a very loud tone of voice that scared my daughters at that moment until I was surprised and I doubted myself as a mother if I let my baby make intolerant noises but she is a baby that I was happy playing with His little sister. The truth was not the attitude that the doctor should have shown better tolerance and should have more empathy with children, she is a dentist especially to deal with children and she showed no interest in interacting with children in a better way but showing her frustration by yelling at them to my daughters be quiet!!!! I hope they do something. (Original) Mi experiencia fue bien con las asistentes que atendieron a mis hijas en su chequeo dental. Hasta que tube una consulta con la doctora Huynh Thuylinh no mostro paciencia y fue intolerable a los ruidos que mi bebe de 9 meses estaba balbuceando y hablando ( a su manera )babe talk... con su hermanita de 4 anos. Ella les dijo que se callaran en un tono de voz muy fuerte que asusto a mis hijas en ese instante hasta yo quede sorprendida y dude de mi misma como mama si deje que mi bebe estuviera haciendo ruidos intolerantes pero es una bebe que estaba feliz jugando con su hermanita. La verdad no fue la actitud que la doctora debio mostrar mejor tolerancia y deberia tener mas empatia con los ninos es un dentista especialmente para tratar con ninos y ella mostro no tener ningun interes en interactuar con los ninos de una mejor manera sino mostrando su fustracion gritandole a mis hijas be quiet!!!! Espero hagan algo.

I highly recommend this office for all you're kids dental needs. Always clean the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The care and patience they demonstrate is amazing the kids love it and definitely appreciate the treasure token..

My son has been going there for a couple of years now. He was terrified of his old dentist due to several bad experiences. Once we found Main Street, he has no issues with going to the dentist. Dr. Phan and Janah were great helping my son feel relaxed and comfortable while getting fillings. We have found the whole office to be great and would highly reccomend.

Dr.Phan was recommended to me by my friend. Dr Phan did an amazing job on my daughters teeth. I was very skeptical about switching doctor's office but one of her staff members, Jahnay (I hope I'm spelling that right, my apologies if I misspelled it) made myself and my daughter feel very comfortable and she assured me that she's in good hands. (Jahnay is extremely wonderful when talking to kids, very patient and kind thank you so much, again!!) 5 stars!!!
