Just stay away from this place save yourself time headaches and save you money cause they definitely ripped me off till the very end. Yes the dr is a nice Dr friendly but we need more then friendliness when doing ortho i just found out they do not work or do permanent retainers, went with them on 2019 over the 3years the staff changed every visist very inconsistent disorganized. Im not happy with my results at all i had to take the action and decide i had to take my braces when them off cause after 3years with braces the roots of your teeth begans to suffer and for the last year they wouldn't just change the colors and call it an adjustment for like what 10mins ? And pay $100 every visit.. they even try to send me home once without my wire!!! The assistant even asked if i felt it pocking me? I answer no went to my car and noticed my wire missing i went back inside and she didn't knew how it happen?even tho that she had to put a rubber band on each bracket and didn't noticed the wire missing???okay... Heres a picture they couldn't even take good pictures for god's sake.

Dentist never spoke to us. Just briefly walked in and then left. Then the hygienist told us our child has 5 cavities. So, we went for a second opinion and had another dentist tell us there is only 1 small cavity and that "I wouldn't fill it if it was my child".

Love the Doctors and the Assistants. Always a positive experience! Three kids done with braces over 7 years. So happy with all results.

Dr. Freedman is great, everything else about this place is far below par. Tried calling for over a month and left messages with no responses luckily was not an emergency. I asked if they had another number to call when I went in today and they said "nope". Highly reccomend not using this place at all, pay a few extra bucks and go to a real ortho/dentistry. They also only do Ortho appointments one to two times a week so if you have a broken bracket, etc, GOOD LUCK.

We recently moved here from Minnesota & I was looking to establish care for my son. I was called this morning regarding his appointment we have had scheduled for a few months now that it had to be rescheduled due to not having enough staff there to provide service. Totally understandable I get that these things happen as I used to work in the veterinary industry. However, usually when this issue arises as a business accommodations are usually the next step. Wrong. I was not offered an appointment until August 10th which is his first day of school. I'm glad I didn't take off work as a single mother days off mean a cut to my paycheck. I feel that this was handled poorly & I have no intentions of rescheduling due to the lack of client hospitality this business fails to know how to provide.

a worse service than in a clinical republic, the staff was not able to contact or find my medical plan, they made me pay in cash, then I had to go to the clinic to get the money reimbursed (rachel secretary is incompetent and you are not going to be well treated if she receives you) this clinic did not have any details at the end of the treatment with El Nino !!!! the worst I have seen in Florida

From the minute we walked in till the moment we left, we were treated like family. Very pleased how quickly my children were seen and how we were treated by the exceptional staff.

The best dentist In fort myers. The work with you if any financial, appointments, the staff so professional, Alex I believe he being so long at least 7 years & Rachel, the doctor very nice he take times to talk to you like family. Try the cape office or a different dentist. This office and staff are unorganized and will make you an appointment on a day they are suddenly no longer open on and won't try to contact you and reschedule until after you showed up to a locked office on a weekday morning. And they'll give you garbage reasons as to why they did this to several people. This isn't a one time mistake on their part either, for us it's the second and we're moving on to a more professional office.

1st time patients we had to wait MONTHS to be seen, I have 4 kids and they only see 2 at a time.. so I made 2 different appointments for the end of May, the first 2 kids went and they was in and out didn't take any time with my kids at all and the dentist wasn't gentle at all with my 4 year old... the other 2 kids appointments came and they called and tried to cancel because 2 assistants called off I said absolutely not so I went all the way into ft myers from cape coral to be told they will only see one child .. I'm extremely upset.. oh and they are so short staffed but one of their assistants sat in the waiting room chatting with a patient showing her pictures from her vacation!!!
