I took my almost 2 year old to their first dentist appointment ever and Main Street did a great job. Their staff was kid-friendly and their waiting room had one of my child's favorite shows on. Our dentist was professional, methodical and fast. She was slow enough that my kid had an idea something was happening, but fast enough that there wasn't much time for anxiety or protest. She got us through our first exam in a way that I think will make my child less nervous in the future. The entire dental team was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. We are happy to be patients here for our child's dental needs.

Main Street is amazing! One of my boys has a serious fear of the dentist, but the staff is so patient, supportive, and genuinely warm. Thank you!

The staff was great with children but I don't feel I was giving a opportunity to decide what treatment plan would work best for my 5 year old son due to having cavities that are not causing him ANY pain. I'm not okay with him being put to sleep and metal caps being put on his teeth , considering he has sensitivity to metals & with all I have researched on metal caps , there should be another alternative choice given as I'm trying to make an informed decision. I understand that dentists are instructed & educated by our governments criteria with recommendations but not everything is a great recommendation, there's a lot of what once was safe now declared unsafe & ongoing ! I want a safer option ! I know metals of any kind shouldn't be put in the body which they're many independent research studies proving that later on or even instantly will cause health issues. I'm also not okay with putting my 5 year old to sleep unless it's life threatening. What's really sad is that because I have state insurance I don't really have options unless I pay out of pocket , I than would receive a better & safer alternative , unless I find a dentist that would be willing to take a different approach, respecting my concerns.

Unorganized & wasted our time told us insurance would cover it then the day of appt told us we had to pay out of pocket

My Daughter was so nervous But the Office staff and Dr were so kind to her and patient When a child has anxiety the way they are treated can make or break the experience. This office made such a Great impact and Experience for our first time in office. My Daughter is looking forward to her next appt because you took the time with her and made her feel comfortable 100% THANK YOU SO MUCH SINCERELY

The dentist (Dr.Spates) that saw my child was excellent. She was very professional and very kind . If you're looking for quality dentistry, I would recommend Dr.Spates.

Everyone at this office is very friendly. The dentist is great with my two boys who are weary of the dentist. She is very gentle and so great with distracting and even makes them laugh in the chair. Highly recommend!!

Both my daughters see Dr. Spates she is very pleasant to my children and me as well! As you can see in the pic my daughter is always calm going and leaving the office. On that particular day she was waiting to get some fillings, she was very easy going about the whole procedure! As well as the entire staff being kind and friendly they are very prompt and are get time wise on every appointment! Thanks for your services Main Street we will continue coming!

Our last experience was so bad that we decided to switch dentists. I was not going to leave a review about it but even since we have left them the problems have continued. Since our appointment in December I have asked them about 5 times if they put the claim in through our insurance. I paid out of pocket for The Visit which was a cleaning and a check up, have since sent me a bill that I just received today. I looked at our insurance and they never even put in a claim . Very Shady.

I've been sitting here an hour and they haven't started yet. Its a random Wednesday morning not even busy. Very poorly organized with new dentists rotating through every couple months.

I took my son here after he needed teeth pulled and cavities filled. I was extremely happy with the service and my son LOVES his dentist. The dentist even gave me a call after his visit (dad took him) to tell me how it went. She (the dentist) informed me of issues he's had since his teeth started growing, and gave me information that should have been shared with me years ago at his last dentists office. I'm so impressed that we've officially made the switch to Main Street Dental and now both my children are patients.

I found this place back when my youngest was just 6-7 months old. Most of my kids have Medicaid, so you know it's hard to find a quality dentist. This place has always been kind, welcoming and caring. I never feel rushed. And my kids are so happy with them, even when they need the occasional filling. We have since moved and drive an hour 1 way. I have 4 kids that go from 18-5 yrs old and all of them want to go back. Tried finding another Main Street closer and the service wasn't even remotely close. I left that office crying and immediately called this one back. Can't say enough positive things. Keep up the fantastic work.

The front desk staff is absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Both my boys, 4 & 12, are seen here by the dentist and hygienist and neither one fights me when it's time for their checkups. My oldest has started the process for an expander and braces. The entire staff has been detailed in the process and expectations to both me and my son.
