They take children 9 and under basically if your child is 10+ with any adult teeth they won't accept any appointments from them seems and feels really sketchy to me. Also last yr some time Thier computers were hacked and information was compromised they sent out phone calls n emails to patients but how does that happen. I just feel like in about 3yrs or so they'll be shut down for trafficking children or something weird because children who know better / right from wrong aren't welcome strangest policy I've ever seen. Hopefully they fix the floors they were horrible worse then a warehouse.

The staff was very friendly and informative to me. They helped my 6 year old feel more comfortable at his visit, he was very nervous when he got there. The doctor also was very helpful in explaining exactly what was going on with both kids. Will definitely recommend this dental office to others.

This dental office was absolutely amazing. They took great care of my daughter who was already nervous. They were warm and welcoming. Very patient and thoughtful. My daughter was actually excited to be there and didn't want to leave!

This office always takes care of my kiddos and lessens their anxiety significantly. My youngest had 2 cavities filled today and Dr. Gill and his assistant both really put him right at ease. Thank you for your nurturing attitudes and caring environment!!

I made an appointment, but then they called me saying that my daughter who is 15 can't be seen by them, that she should go to an different orthodontist because of her age without a deeper explanation which I don't understand because on their website says they provide services to the age of 20.

Love Main Street, best Children's Dentistry in the area. The staff are friendly and my children love their treats (once their appointments are finished). I highly recommend using this dentistry for your child!

We had a great experience. My daughter was very nervous and the doctor was perfect-calm, instilled confidence, and explained everything, he even sang to my daughter as she was getting the dental work done. 100% recommend.

I used to love this place for my kids, but in the last 6 months, they feel like a money grab. Every time a different dentist looks at my daughters same X-rays, they find another cavity? First dentist saw 1, second one found more, and today a different dentist found another, but they all looked at the same X-ray.... How can this be? So over it at this point that we're moving to a different dentist that feels more competent. I asked at the second visit to confirm there were NO ADDITIONAL CAVITIES FOUND, to avoid this and here we are again. Not to mention they cancelled 2 different appointments for my other daughter, and it takes forever to get an appointment in the first place.

We have had several scheduling issues though out our time with Mainstreet Dental. This time we were called the day before to let us know they had to cancel my child's appointment because the dentist will not be in. This appointment was scheduled 7 weeks ago. Everytime, that you cancel or reschedule my child's appointment caused his treatment time to be extended. And your first available appointment is a month to a month and 1/2 later. People do have to work and go to school. This is very poor business practices. I would not recommend Main Street Children's Dentistry to anyone.

Very friendly and personable staff. They made my kids that are 5 and 4 feel very comfortable. We were taken to the back right away, no wait. Everything flowed in a very organized fashion. And I noticed the same for other patients/families. I liked that the registration was paperless. This is the second visit for my children. Worth the 20 minute drive.
