Do not bring your kid! This place does not care for your child, they only care about your money! Worst decision I've ever made when made: take my daughter for treatment there! They can't take care of you on urgency, they don't have schedule, they push scheduled dates further but your payment has to be deducted every month right??!! For the love of God: do not bring your kid here, you will be just a number!

This place is not professional at all, I scheduled an appointment for my two kids months ago and i filled out the paperwork for BOTH my kids and I received a call two days prior my appointment from a young lady telling me with an attitude that because there was an error on one of my kids paperwork or she didn't receive it for some reason they could see my daughter but my son has to be scheduled for December two months away this is beyond unprofessional and I'm heartbroken for my kids because they needed to be seen, but it's ok what goes around comes around

I have been coming to this location for few years now and this is the first time I ever had a situation. My kids had an appointment for 10:30 and we got there by 10:34. I signed in and it ended up being after 10:35 by the time they got checked in. They then proceed to tell me I am passed the 5 minute window and the kids need to be rescheduled or wait. I have been waiting over an 1 1/2 and still they haven't bothered to take us back. This is ridiculous that they are refusing to see them when we weren't 10/15 minutes late. I asked to speak to office manager and she was no help. I drove almost 30 mins from where I live for them to be seen. I was never told there is only a 5 minute grace period to get there. Either way they already marked us late prior to the 5 minute. It might be time to find a new practice.

It's always packed , the girls in the front will literally ignore you as you stand in front of them without acknowledging you until you mention that you have a question or need assistance. Don't recommend at all. There are places much more professional .

Such a great first official dentist visit with my daughter. They made her feel so comfortable and overall such a nice experience from the staff to the dentist. Everyone was very pleasant.

Our first visit to Main Street was AMAZING! The hygienist and dentist were both extremely patient in dealing with my son's ASD superpower. I'm so glad we found this office!

Front office and dental team were friendly and efficient. The office was VERY busy when I took my 2 kids. For how busy they were and our first time visit plus 2 kids, the visit was fairly quick! I trust taking my kids back here for their next visit.

I took my daughter here Because it was recommended by my daughters pediatrician Dana Grant at pediatric care 4 corners. So glad I took her recommendation because the staff was friendly, professional and I was able to get answers for the bumb that was on my daughter inner lip.

Horrible customer service. My daughter went to this place for orthodontics during 14 months. She had an appointment a few days ago and the next day one braket was loosen because they pushed so hard the day before. At this point all good, we undestand those things happen. However, at the beginning, before we susbcribe to the treatment, the manager told us that if something like that happened we were able to stop by and get a little fix while we have the next appointment. So we did that, we went to the place next day after school, but they told us that we had to wait until next day for an emergency appointment(only in the morning). My daughter was very scared because she was feeling that the braket was going to fall from the wire, so she was in need of some help immediately. The solution was extremely easy, just cutting the wire and wait to the next appointment in November. Well the manager told me in my face that she never promised to fix anything just walking in, but she did. Well I can't tolerate dishonest people, so I decided to cancel the treatment with them. Also I have 2 more kids that were going there for dentist, I canceled their appointments too. They didn't care to lose 3 customers in one minute, instead of manage the situation in the easiest way, just cutting a wire in less than 2 minutes. Please be careful and don't believe them, they only make promises to get the money. Also, don't be scared to cancel with them, there is a lot of good professionals out there ready to help. My daughter is now going to another place were they really care about customers and quality. They detected errors in the treatment so they removed what was wrong and continued her treatment. Thank god this happened and we correct it on-time.
