Dr. Ackerman has been our dentist for many years and has always been amazing. Her extensive experience and wonderful bedside manner has proven to be invaluable over the years. As not only a Dr. but also a parent, she always takes her time in addressing any issue and resolving it. She is WONDERFUL!

Horrible customer service. My 4 year old cried 2 minutes into the appointment and doctor if u can call doctor that unprofessional person. She started talking about her not liking to stop during process blah blah, trying to get me a referral for sedation to fix 2 cavities. Not a way to treat customers specially a 4 year old , no customers care if you having a long day, or a busy day, thats what you get pay for... too bad none of my two daughters coming back thanks to CAROLINA AKERMAN worst kids dentist... ( you should consider doing something else if you dont like what you do)

One star is over rated for Main street dentistry Aventura FL. Do not take your kid to this place! They do no have the patience, love or vocacy to treat children. After waiting for 1 hr for my daughters dental appointment Dr. Carolina Akermanwanted my 4 yrs old to sit without moving on the chair. Obviously she was scared and di not do it right away. So after 2 min in the room , the dr decided she was not able to do anything to her and wanted to give me a regeral , so they cannput my 4 yr old to sleep in order to fix a cavity. They should regulate kida medicine a lot more! If you work with children at leastyou should have the disire! If you do not want to traumatize uour child, look for a profecionate and pationate dentist, don go there!

Dr Akerman and Enola for our daughter's first ever visit to the dentist. She is only 2 and was pretty nervous but they made her feel super comfortable. We'll be coming for years to come!

This office is amazing. The staff was really nice, professional and fast. I made an appointment for one of my son but when I got there I wanted to do all three and we are all new patients. They were able to get them all in and out within an hr and half. Dr. Bula was wonderful. He was even able to do an extraction of 4 teeth for my oldest the same day. Made a follow-up within 6 months and plan to keep coming back.

I have been bringing my son here for 10 years and must I say I just met Gabriela she is simply amazing! From the time I walked in until I left she was welcoming & warming. She made my experience the best since I've been coming here. She is a great addition to this company! Keep her!

I've been going to this place with my son and my nephew. Today I went After the service I was waiting to make an appointment for them. A Spanish lady was being me One of the staff member address her first in Spanish And have her serve before me And it was unacceptable.
