I got braces from this office around 2012-2013 and I have had many problems since. By the time I got my braces off it was too early and I ended up hitting puberty which caused my lower jaw to grow more than my upper jaw causing an underbite. The Dr adjusted my retainers to be worn with rubber bands and after a few months the retainers broke because the integrity was weak due using the rubber bands (they said they would cover the damages). However, they did not end up helping and tried to charge my family to replace the retainers at a ridiculous price. This place will push and push families to get young children to get braces at a very early age when it should be done much later. I am now much older but living with the mistakes this place has made causing me to be very disappointed in the appearance of my teeth. It is such a shame that my family had to pay so much money to get me braces from this place and saying it would help me while in the long run it has caused more problems than anything else. Don't go here!

The staff at Main Street @ London Square is friendly and helpful! Heidi made my daughter feel very comfortable during her cleaning and the dentist is super friendly and easy to talk to! Thank you for a great experience every time!

I started taking my daughter to the London Square office and her first visit cleaning was with Rosie. She was very sweet and patient with my 5 year old. For her 2nd visit now, her cleaning was done by Xenia who was the sweetest and most gentle. She took her time explaining the tools to my daughter and then with the cleaning since my daughter has her 1st loose tooth. She did the same with taking her xrays and Dr. Tugendhat was also super nice! Great office/staff!! I highly recommend this place. Too bad they weren't close to me when my son was younger.

I am highly satisfied with Mainstreet Orthodontics and Dentistry at London Square. The staff, and services they provide are top notch. They truly care about the patients and it shows. Always trying to accommodate. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! This was my daughters first time at the dentist and I was expecting her to put in the dramatic show lol. But the staff made my daughter feel comfortable and even show her what equipments they were going to be using on her, so she doesn't get surprised. I am sooo happy I have found them! I was more nervous than my daughter. Great staff! Most definitely will recommend

My son has been patient for 6 years now. The front office is always kind and patient. The hygienists are very gentle and patient as well. The dentist is very communicative with me in explaining my son's growth and progression. Overall a very positive experience.

Great office in a great location with amazing service. This was my second time with my 5 year old daughter and she loved it. The hygienist was super sweet and friendly and made her feel comfortable and not nervous at all. I 100% recommend this dental office for your little one.
