This was my first appointment with Main Line Dental, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The office environment was clean and welcoming, and the staff were efficient and very friendly! They appear to have taken all necessary precautions with COVID-19 during this extraordinary time, and I personally felt very comfortable being in their dental office. COVID-19 aside, Dr. Hallam did a wonderful job and is an extremely caring and thorough dentist. She was super patient, made sure that I was comfortable and constantly checked in to make sure that I was doing well throughout the appointment. I am a fairly high maintenance patient, and Dr. Hallam could not have been more understanding or attentive. I will definitely be coming back!

What an excellent place, highly recommend it Megan-welcoming and pleasant Kim-kind and patient Dr. Emily Hallam- gentle and soft touch, explained her knowledge well & listened Suzanne/Suzie/Suzy- just wow. she knows her stuff and sooo attentive They gave me such good care and attention. I'm really glad and thankful they gave the time to work with me. What a thorough job from all of them. Certainly looking forward (actually looking forward) to going to the dentist again. Thank you

Butchered my gums with his laser around the front 4 teeth while redoing veneers. Carved out the gum tissue 2 mm higher up into my gums, lasered off papilla around front four teeth. My teeth were so freakishly tall and in need of a gum graft because of Dr. Williams' harmful life altering damage.

I've been coming here for a couple of years and have had wonderful treatment by the whole staff. Mary Anne is my hygienist and I love her!

I left Dr. Williams and will not return after a consultation for cosmetic work. He not only had no interest in my input, but the front office was not able to provide exact pricing of cosmetic work. I found a much more transparent and easy to work with dentist elsewhere and am thrilled with the collaborative result.

Dr. Alex is the best most professional dentist I have ever had--my whole family sees her st MLD. She is thorough and meticulous...my crowns are a work of art! She is also extremely gentle and caring...she truly cares about your health. Highly recommend!

I avoided the dentist for years because of my fear and anxiety over going. My teeth got so bad that every one either needed to be pulled or restored. My sister, who is a long time patient of Dr. Williams, talked to him about my case. He promised to take care of me and he did. Dr. Williams did the surgical work and Dr. Hallam did the restorative work. They both are excellent dentists. I was always treated professionally and with respect. They always made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. I am forever grateful to Dr. Williams and Dr. Hallam. They restored not only my teeth but my self esteem. And I am no longer afraid of the dentist!

I have been a patient at Main Line Dental Group for 14 years, primarily seeing Dr. Williams. In terms of professionalism, dental expertise, practitioner skill, patient communication, and insurance administration they are simply the best. Each one of my (and my family's) dental issues has been handled superbly over the years. I highly recommend this practice group.

My husband and I have been going to MLDG for several years. We are both more than pleased with our experiences ranging from cleanings to crowns to an implant. Dr. Alex is professional and very caring as is the rest of the staff.

The office is very nice and clean. The hygienists are excellent. The front desk staff is polite and nice and the office is efficient. Dr. Alex is nice and professional but she really did a number on my teeth. I was told my fillings needed to be replaced. After the initial work there was both uneven cement at the sites of replacement and on the front of my teeth. I went back to have that addressed. A week or two after the work I bit down on something and the site of the filling replacement experienced horrible pain which did not go away. I went back to Dr. Alex twice but she couldn't figure it out or do anything about it. She referred me to endodontist who was a complete hack and told me I needed a root canal but couldn't tell me why. I ended up getting a second opinion from a different dentist who found out that Dr. Alex had simply left a gap between my tooth and the filling. He fixed it in 20 minutes. Sadly the tooth that Dr. Alex got cement all over the front of has slowly turned a strange shade over the year and a half since all of this happened. I don't know if this was just bad luck or what. I can understand that things happen but to go back again and again with no resolution was just so frustrating. I thought about going back to see one of the other dentists because the hygienists are so great but ultimately decided against it. Perhaps Dr. Alex is a great dentist and I just am an outlier. But I would not go back to her.

Enjoyed my dental appointment. My dental hygienist, Suzie, was very thorough and explained everything. Dr.Alex found two issues that need to be resolved. It was easy to schedule a follow-up appt for one of the issues and we will discuss my other issue further at my next appt. I recommend main line dental.

I never enjoy a visit to the dentist, but the team at Maine Line Dental made my experience easy and comfortable! They are knowledgeable, friendly professionals who truly care about their patients. I would highly recommend them!
