Dr. Nguyen grew up in California, where he attended the University of California, Irvine with a major in Biology. With an interest in dentistry, he then went on to attend Temple University School of Dentistry, in which he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and obtained a degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine. Throughout dental school, Dr. Nguyen had a great interest in oral surgery, in which, he further pursue his passion by being accepted and attending Temple University Hospital Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program. At his rigorous training program, at Temple University Hospital and Cooper University Hospital, Dr. Nguyen obtained the necessary skills and training for advance trauma and reconstruction, dental alveolar surgery, dental implant surgery, head and neck pathology, advance and complex bone grafting, orthognathic corrective jaw surgery, and adult and pediatric intravenous sedation.
Dr. Nguyen is currently a member candidate of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and American Dental Association.

After the consultation went nowhere got a health clearance from my Dr as they asked.but yet still wanted a ecograhm of my heart ? What really to extract a tooth? A 49 year old construction worker facility maintenance.and had couple teeth pulled the last year or 2 .on no meds at all. Blood pressure is nearly perfect.only took about 10 calls for a month to get a call back to determine they won't pull one tooth without the eco. Yet I go up and down 4 stories of stairs 20 plus times a day.with no problems ..my Dr said that it was outrageous to ask for that.

The surgeon I saw was incredibly kind and comforting, which I greatly appreciated. However, I am almost positive the woman at the front desk is running some kind of scam on Medicaid patients here. I have dealt with insurance difficulties before, but nothing as absurd and nonsensical as what I was put through here. I was jerked around so much, from the time of my consultation one month earlier, being told my insurance kept coming up as ineligible and "cash" payment. I have Medicaid! That's literally impossible. I was sent in circles with no solution and every time my insurance company tried to call, which was multiple times with different agents, they were unable to get anyone on the phone. The receptionist promised she'd get it sorted out by the time I had my procedure scheduled, then called me the day of to say it was coming up as "cash" and ineligible for insurance. Once I showed up and mentioned it is illegal to charge me if I'm covered, she acted like she knew that and wasn't previously suggesting I could pay out of pocket. Then, when I mentioned it felt a bit like a scam situation, she got REAL defensive and very rude with me. It wasn't until then that she asked if I wanted her to email the eligibility department. Why had she not done that before, I wonder?? All she kept telling, me up until this point, was that she had no control and has no way on contacting corporate. Funny thing, she "got a reply" within minutes and suddenly I was eligible. BUT only for 1 of my 2 wisdom teeth, because of some code or referral issue? Which makes no sense. And that the other tooth was still coming up as "cash" leading me to believe she was hoping I'd opt to pay for the second tooth out of pocket. Thankful the "covered" tooth was the only one giving me excruciating pain. I will certainly be going elsewhere for my next extraction. **Update: my insurance just confirmed that there have been NO forms submitted for claims or authorizations

My name is Nathan Gonzalez and I have to say This establishment is totally professional, my dentist is the sweetest person and incredibly professional. I had anxiety twice having to remove my wisdom teeth while being awake! Yes awake twice! And my dentist took the helm and was very quick and straight to the pony, I was in and out! This is the place to get your teeth checked. I will always return to this place from now on for check up and now has my buisness for life! Thank you!

Worst experience. The color of the crown was completely different than what was chosen and they rejected the change . Also they charged my insurance twice which the second one was 4 months after my visit. I called them and they told me that they charged me twice intentionally and they refused to return the money back. I'll make sure to report insurance fraud to my insurance company .

The customer service at this facility is reprehensible. Everyone is rude or snide or condescending. The receptionist is particularly ignorant. Do not waste your time or money at this depressing building. The physician is even rude. I do not know what is going on there, but be warned...from the time you open the unmarked door until the time, hours later that you leave, you will be totally depressed. This is a cautionary review.

I understand things happen and appts get backed up. I had a 1015 am appt, arrived at 945. Was not taken back until after 11 am for my procedure. Procedure went fine. 3 days after I had four wisdom teeth extracted I am in SEVERE PAIN. I think dry socket. I called to be seen because it is an EMERGENCY. The woman I spoke to said I can come in nov 26th. Its nov 15th. I'll never go back there again. I'll go to the ER before I wait 12 days to come to your office. Thanks.

They have the worst employees who dont do their job i wouldn't recommend them if they was the only dentist on earth. They called me tge day before i was scheduled to get my tootg pulled sayiny my medical didn't approve me my appointment was for November 27th they had the information november 16th prior. The reason i wasnt approve was because they didnt submit the paper work correctly which is proventing me to have my tooth removed

Awesome work this dentist is a true professional. I got two wisdom tooth pulled. He did a very difficult surgery for me when other dentist told me I would have permanent numbness and nerve damage. Dr. Scott did a great job. No numbness or nerve damage. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in removing the most difficult stubborn tooth. I highly recommend this place. The facility is very clean as well and the staff is organized.

They were able to help me out with several tooth extractions in a bit of an emergency, which I appreciate. The oral surgeon is only in a few days a month, so I was lucky, and I don't think it would be typical to be able to get this type of service. But nonetheless appreciated the helpful service.
