Dr. Keith Silverstein removed my son's wisdom teeth in mid-June and everything went smoothly! Dr. Silverstein is a skilled professional and does great work! My older son had his wisdom teeth out by Dr. Silverstein a number of years ago. Last year I had a spot on my tongue that needed biopsied and I went to Dr. Silverstein. Everything was just as he said it would and that is why I highly recommend Dr. Silverstein as an oral surgeon.

My wife had wisdom teeth extracted here two days ago. They are rude and unkind. Staff and doctors all lack compassion and concern. They treat you like cattle. Just pull out your teeth out and leave you without any further treatment or care, as if the remaining care/concerns is none of their business. Please find another place for you and your loved ones. This place is a shame for Main line health care standards!!!

I usually don't get my teeth pulled out, but when I do, I'm calling MLOMS. Stay thirsty my friends

I had my wisdom teeth extracted here over a month ago and am having complications at an extraction site. my worries are diminished and dismissed as anxiety and I was made to feel ridiculous for having concerns. after visiting to have the problem checked out, the healing site was reopened without any sort of effort to inform me what would happen. the day after the area in my mouth is now swelling and the extraction site is now wide open in my mouth again over a month after surgery, and I was told "don't chew on that side of your mouth and keep it clean" and to call if I have further questions. i do, but I don't feel like being told I am overreacting if I call with further concerns. my pain and concern are diminished. I get this is likely normal and routine for them, but the lack of guidance, compassion, or concern in dealing with this is really frustrating. I rarely leave a negative review but I am very disappointed in the care I received here.

CDC guideline disaster. They pack everyone into waiting room. Temps and questionnaires inquiry did not happen until after they collected information from patient at sign in window. Lady behind counter overwhelmed and rude. Temperatures should be taken and questions about Covid should be asked before you pack people into a waiting room. My son and I waited outside the door for a while thinking that people are leaving. We were being considerate of people waiting inside. But as we waited more and more people just walked in and sat down. So we finally went in and found a corner as far as possible. But lady at counter kept taking people who came in after us before us. When I pointed it out, she barked back that everyone is waiting..... we just left. This is supposed to be a medical center. It was more like an oil change place as far as Covid guidelines adherence. Also, incredibly rude staff.

i Just had my wisdom teeth removed here and I must say it was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had in a doctors office. By far and above the most disrespectful staff I've had the displeasure of coming across, and I've come across some pretty bad ones. Had me waiting post surgery for an hour because they forgot to call my driver. Do yourself a favor and just find another oral surgeon, there's plenty nearby.

Recently went to get a wisdom tooth extracted and received a bill in the mail a month later for a 'sterilization fee" of 75$. No such fee was ever mentioned and insurance doesn't cover because they say its dentists trying to overcharge. Also they tried getting me to pay 50% because there computers were "down" when i told them my dental plan covers 100%.

The doctors are excellent. The office staff is horrific. Make sure they pre-check your insurance before you have any services done and get a quote.

Excellent treatment and kind. I am an older individual and needed a wisdom tooth that needed removal. It was impacted, the root was twisted around the tooth in front of it and I have "old bone"...in other words it was a hard extraction. However they did a great Job!
