Prices are abit high only Pet peeve when on disability makes it financially difficult. -Trying to find a Dentist that understands ADA Laws and is respectful and understanding to patients with disabilities that have, or is in process with training with Service Dog has been difficult. A Service Dog is a lifeline, the dog hels a patient when they are getting work done they make a difference. 'This place seems to be very promising, and I hope my Service Dog and I will be welcomed together when I have to come in.' When we have finished our Service Dog Training. If I then come in here, and have no issues with having my Service Dog with me. Whether it be for a cleaning or dental procedure, then I will give a 5 star if there are no issues. As the last place I went to was a dental school, and they said "because it was a school of dentist No Service Dogs In Back", they didn't seem to understand 'a Service Dog is allowed back with a patient in a patients room or dentist no excuses, and no exceptions. As the dog is there to do a job and won't cause issues for the medical people if they are a legit Service Dog.' Rather help the team, by tasking for their patient something the medicalstaff can't do as a human. Unfortunately the dental school didn't care despite ADA talking with them so they are Black Listed to help those with a Service Dog avoid any dentist that pulls such discrimination antics against an honest Service Dog and Handler. Mercy Dental thought they were above ADA and that a student there "could replace the Service Dog for an Autistic child, PTSD Survior or Blind person and take ober and meet their needs"....WRONG! To assume one can take the place of a Medical Equipment aka Service Dog is to Violate Federal Government ADA Law A Criminal Offense by Mercy Dental School. So I was off to find a New Dentist, my parents recommended here. They let them know my situation, And I was told that this Dentist understood ADA Laws and respected that a Service Dog is medical equipment and there to assist and do a job, not a pet. So right now the only issue I have is how ' expensive they are if your a disabled adult on assistance and need anything from implants to a cleaning, with no way to easy the cost burden on the customer'. The majority of veryone there is fabulous, understanding and amazing. They care and want to know and understand the patient, what the patient might have issues with in terms of tools or sounds, and what they are allergic to so they don't give you something you can't have. If when my Service Dog and I have completed training, and he is then able to be fully allowed everywhere in terms of public access that means 'everywhere including hospitals and dentists, and not just certain places'. I hope that this dentist will give us no issues, and welcome us as a team as he is my lifeline in future dental appointments. I hope my dentist is like my friends dentist in future cleanings and repairs , As my friends son who has Autism and has had to find a dentist, after many turned them away over his need for a Service Dog. They had trouble finding a Dentist that will not discriminate and allow the Service Dog back with him. She told me he was one of three patients they see out in Commerce "They put a face shield on the dogs head and the dog to protect dogs face when doing the work, and the dog the entire time does deep compression therapy for the kid during cleanings or work". My friend said prior to getting theor Service Dog.Her son would act up in anxiety, there would be multiple stops and outbursts, but now with his Service Dog being part of the process and helping the kid in dentist. The dentist has finished a cleaning without any issues due to the kids Autism amd the dentist thanks the Service Dog for doing what they as humans can't. I hope this will be the same for me with my Service Dog when we finish training, if so I will give a 5 star then.

We like going there but we don't like the pressure to see an oral surgeon & an orthodontist for problems that do not yet and may never exist, despite that fact we say every 6 months we are not interested. Multiple times I have explained why we are not interested and no one thinks to note it in our chart and stop trying to hard sell us each time we go in.

Ive been a patient of this office though three practices moving away and coming back since the 80s and each doctor that gets brought in and all the support staff have been amazing. My children were apprehensive with our dentist across the state and always wanted a parent in the room. After one visit here they are comfortable by themselves for cleanings or fillings.

Wonderful experience! Knowledgeable and friendly staff, airy and clean rooms, an all-around excellent visit. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone. (This is a repeat of a previous visit's review, but the tenor and excellence hasn't changed, so...)

So glad I found this gem of an office. I was having a hard time finding a local dentistry practice, but I'm sure glad I came here. From the people at the front, the hygienist, and Dr. Chang, everybody is welcoming and accommodating. They'll walk you through every step of the procedure(s) and really take their time to guide you through any questions you might have. Will 100% be coming back!!
