First time visiting Main Dental Care today I have just moved to the area and I needed a good dentist! The receptionist was so helpful to me everyone here at this office treated me like royalty and the office was extremely clean! Took their time and explained what was going to happen with my x-rays and then going over my x-rays felt very comfortable highly recommend this dental office to anyone who might be looking for an excellent dentist! Thank you Dr.Sina Eftekharzadeh D.D.S. & your staff!

Best dentist ever! I've been going to Main Dental Care my entire life and I've only had good experiences. Recently, I went through an Invisalign treatment. They made the process easy and quick! I highly recommend Main Dental Care. They do amazing work and are so friendly, caring, and helpful!

Amazing team lead by an amazing Dentist. My teeth were a mess and from day one up to my third session my teeth have become an iconic point of focus for group pictures, selfies and my self-esteem. I appreciate the professionalism and amazing work rendered on my teeth for my smile is now more confident and good looking than ever!!! I will, without a doubt, recommend to family and friends Main Dental Care in Orange California. Even if I have to move away, I would love to come back to this dental office for any future dental work. Mercy!!! Garacias!!!! Thanks!!!

Everyone at the office is so nice and welcoming. Dr. Sina is an expert at his craft and so welcoming and kind. As someone who has had a fear of going to the dentist since being a child, I now don't mind coming in as the environment is very calming. Your team is one of the best dental offices I have ever been to. Cannot recommend this dental office and Dr. Sina enough. Thank you Main Dental!

Dr Sina and staff are friendly, professional and caring. The office is impeccable and soft smooth music is relaxing. I have no anxiety when being cared by these amazingly awesome professionals. Dr. Sina is the best dentist I've ever had and I plan on keeping him.

I am proud to be patient of so nice and knowledgeable dr Sina , he has a very nice receptionist Marcos , very nice and kind nurses gable and jasmine always I have the best experience with Doctor Sina I am so happy to have a dentist like you. For over 20 years ( thank you all very much )

Dr Sina and his staff are AMAZING!! I have been coming here for all regular my dental work for about 12 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Stop by and see Dr Sina, Marcas and Letty!

The Staff was really friendly and Dr. Sina made feel comfortable and at ease . The environment was also very relaxing . The X-rays I took were done quick and gently .
