I would recommend them to anyone. They were very professional and made me feel comfortable being at the dentist. I was the last patient to leave and they were still very nice about it. I was there for 30 minutes after closing time.

I had my tooth pulled 11 days ago, I knew I had dry socket the second day after being pulled. I called and was seen by dentist Spears I believe and he packed it and said to remove it after 30 mins, I was in excruciating pain and on the 10 day I saw dr. Mai on an emergency appointment and I waited for three hours I asked nurses where is he? I'm in pain I've been waiting two hours they say he'll be in shortly. Another hour goes by and patients across the hall were saying they have waited for two hours to see him, I asked the second nurse where is he? What is taking so freaking long? I have been here for three hours! He finally comes in and yells at me I start yelling at him to fix my dry socket so after he tells me to leave, he takes pictures of the extraction says I'm self diagnosing myself and there is nothing wrong with it. And to get a third opinion because dentist Spears from his office looked at it and treated for dry socket and Mai himself looked at it. I just left my third opinion with a third dentist with the hole sutured and it was scraped because I have severe dry socket!!! Dentist Spears treated it as dry socket, Mai didn't I suffered for 11 days I will never go to Mai dentistry at any of his location. How can a dentist do that?? I'm answering the reply: I'm a healthy woman and there is no reason for me to live with dry socket for months to heal that is painful! The other dentist in Mai dentistry but dry socket paste , meanwhile Mai did nothing. Any caring dentist with knowledge and experience would help a patient with dry socket pain. Dentist at orange Grove dentistry she did a great job fixing the dry socket.

I was a client of Dr. MAI for a few years. I spent tens of thousands with him I sent my brother Cody and he was given a quote on some dental work including not limited to an implant. I feel it's only fair to say Dr Mai wasn't the dentist in my brothers scenario.. he did represent the Mai Dental company. DR Mai wasn't the dentist however once the other work was complete. The implant all of a sudden doubled in price. That's fine no problem as Dr Mai is very good at what he does. I am very disappointed as Dr Mai is really talented and was really good to me the times I delt with him personally.. I was extremely happy with him. Thats why I kept sending him business. i also sent my mother in there as well. At the time I guess I had a balance of 600 out of approx 22k plus my brothers 5k I spent out of my pocket as well.. In cash by the way. Not only did the office lady decide it was her job to not keep my medical scenario private. As I belive is required by hippa. And if I'm wrong on that we both know professionally it was wrong to share my personal business with other people. HOW would it make you feel 30k deep with a Dr's office and the lady I. The front humiliated you to everyone you care about and referred to them while there was a lobby of people listening g over 600 bucks out of 30k But again she felt it was her job to share my business. Then when helping my mother. Another referral from me that I paid for as well. He was rough and rude to my mother. I understand now I am nothing to them and just a number. However that was a very bad feeling as you think after the amount t of money time and referrals sent maybe my I formation o Would be discussed with me only.. also I never had a phone call or a ketter from there office. I UNDERSTAND DR MAI IS VERY SUCCESSFUL AND DOESN'T NEED ME. Dr Mai did amazing work and was always great to me personally. Also the hygienist 1 in particular was very good at what she did. Again obviously our business isn't important to the office and obviously there isn't privacy practiced by the lady who takes the calls. So with that being said we switched dentists. Which is a shame due to the fact I liked Dr Mai alot. So I feel we are owed an apology. Myself for my personal business being shared and the way my mother was treated. So here's what I will do. I won't bother you guys anymore for my dental and I will be sure to let everyone and anyone I know the scenario the office manager put me through. And the way my mother was treated. Imagine if this was your mother.. I am also in the process of speaking with the BBB DUE to the office manager sharing my personal medical and financial information with the referrals I sent and paid for. front of others sithout my permission. Thanks, Ron and I have the witnesses who were told that will also be writing statements for the BBB for the record I tried to pay the 600 multiple times and the office manager again was very rude to me and told me I had to contact the collections and they wouldn't speak to me until I did. She had no problem sharing this info with everyone else though. I would also like to add I was no insurance and a self pay. 30k is alot of money to me and 600 bucks is alotof money but in comparison I could of been asked more fairly. The worse part is due to the unprofessional office manager I lose my dentist I spent so much time buying trust with. Very sad!!!

Beyond impressed. I have a fear of dentists and needles, I knew that my mouth was terrible, effects of lack of hygiene during depression. I went to one dentist which outlines all crowns and some shady things happened that made me go get a second opinion. But I had to find a dentist that would do IV sedation and take my insurance. Mai Dentistry was a perfect fit, took my insurance, did IV sedation, and provided 2 possibilities one of which was the exact same plan teeth and solutions as the previous. The process has been effortless and I love my smile now. I'm still in the process of healing from my wisdoms which I've put off for over 6 years just from the fear of it all. I wish I had come here sooner. I knew the condition of my teeth and they were thorough in explanation but more than anything, they were all very kind, patient, and understanding. Best experience I have ever had. Thank you so much!

I am unreasonably afraid of dentist. Dr. Mai and his staff are considerate, kind, gentle, all the things I need in a dentist. They are prompt and take precautions to be as pain-free as possible. They do offer sedation if you need more than local numbing. I highly recommend the Mai Dentistry of Hudson for all who are seeking reasonable dental care. They also accept Humana dental plan.

This office is beautiful! Everyone is polite, professional and friendly, from the front desk to Dr. Mai. I love that I didn't have to wait long to be seen. I also love that they took care of one of my problems the same day, and scheduled the 2nd and 3rd visits that I need within a very short period of time.

I definitely DO NOT recommend this dentist. They crowned a tooth that wasn't decayed and didn't need to be crowned. Ever since they put the temporary crown on i can't bite using that tooth and had nothing but problems. My dental insurance denied coverage because there was nothing wrong with that tooth. I'm now responsible to pay the full $900. I think they crowned the tooth to charge extra money because i took the advice the dentist said. I will give an update if any of this is resolved. But be cautious if you decide to go here.

If it was possible to put 0 stars in the review, I would do it! I came by appointment with this doctor at 9 AM .I came a little beforehand and at 9 AM i was already sitting in a dentist chair I warned a nice assistant girl that a have a different appointment at 10 AM, so i have enough time for dentist work, but i do not have mush time for a long wait. Assistant girl said that she will warn the doctor. Despite that, i was sitting in a chair and waiting 50 min. (!!) When the doctor Mai finally showed up , I asked him why he makes me wait so long, despite i warn him. (And, by the way , I knew that my problem was such scanty and another doctor fixed it later in 10 min.) .To which this, his reaction shocked me! This doctor literally attacked me ! He began to scold me in a raised voice and said that i'm not only patient here and everyone else was also waiting. He literally said : "You should not give me your attitude " !!! He also said if i want to get his service I should reappoint. This surprise me even more, because logically, if he does not have a time to serve his patients, why did he appoint them in certain time? Or why he appoint more then he can handle? And my remark was quite politically correct. I said that I was surprise at the such bad treatment and that I was used to seeing better service in my original country. To this he replied in his usual boorish manner, that in this case i need return to my country for the better service!!! I'm polite person and I do not like to offend people, but his words and loud tone sounded so offensive, that I also wanted wish him the same - to return to his country to do his business there. Because such an bad patient treatment is not accepted in USA society. But, unlike him I did not say word out loud. . So, I just left and I will never came back to this place again. I also hardly do NOT recommend to anyone

I had their flyer promoting "free" x-ray and exam. When I arrived, they asked for my insurance and ID. I was suspicious and asked if I'd be charged anything since I came on their promo's. They said, "I won't be charged but they HAVE TO bill my insurance. I won't be responsible if they don't get paid." I told them that sounded like a scam. What part of their promo's were free since they're sure to be paid by my insurance. I told them to cancel my appt and walked out. They may be within their right with their promo's but I don't appreciate this kind of shady advertisement and practice.
