Dr Maharry is a native Iowan and graduate of Spencer Community Schools in Spencer, Iowa. He attended the University of Iowa and earned both Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees. Upon graduation, he joined The Dental Practice in Newton, Iowa as an associate. In 1991, he purchased the dental practice of Dr. Robert Golly in Webster City, Iowa.
Dr. Maharry is a member of the American Dental Association, the Iowa Dental Association, the Fort Dodge District Dental Society and Study Club. He previously served as president of both the district dental society and study club.
