I highly recommend this dental facility to anyone who wants quality care with consistency. I specifically see Ms. Brenda (technician). Her patience and care is second to none. When I go there, I know I'm getting the best possible treatment and care along with the knowledge and understanding of what's needed and why. The staff is very professional and if there is ever an unforeseen issue, it is handled with grace. Again, I highly recommend Mahan Village Dental Care.

Canceled my dental employment without notifying me and even texted me several times throughout the day re the appointment. So I showed up according to the text instructions and then they told me it was canceled.

I, similar to someone else with these ratings, was told that my insurance would cover everything. Then I suddenly began getting invoices in the mail, text messages, and emails telling me to pay my balance. I have been trying to get a hold of billing for ages. Every time I do finally get a call back, if I miss it, I will never be able to get a hold of someone again to just answer my questions. It has left me in a rough situation as I can't even get someone on the phone to let me know what the invoice is for or why my insurance suddenly did not cover the bill.

Most of the staff is extremely nice. Anywhere you go, you'll get the bad apples. I actually had pretty good experiences at this dental office. I had some work done and was told that my primary and secondary insurance covered all of it, I was even told that too much was paid and I held a credit on my account. 2 years later, I receive letters and emails from this office regarding an outstanding bill, very much to my surprise. I tried for a whole year to contact this office; phone calls and several emails and no one ever responded or called me back. Now, all of the sudden, they are blowing up my phone for payment. I think that is just incredibly unprofessional and it's totally rubbed me the wrong way.

Worst customer service and communication ever. I set an appointment a month ago and when I received a reminder with an incorrect date, I called to get it changed back to the correct date (which I received a message a month ago confirming) and explained in the voicemail that I was having urgent tooth and jaw pain, and called several times throughout the day, as the appointment was supposed to be set for the next day. I left several voicemails with all this information, and never received a call back. Today AFTER my original appointment day I had to call again, and they finally answered and we're not able to accommodate me at all, even though they made a mistake on their end. There is no reason why in the past 3 days; they could not have given me a call back. If someone calls with an urgent matter, a respected dentist should answer. Extremely disappointed, and will never recommend this dentist to anyone. In fact, I will probably tell everyone to steer clear of this dentist.

After waiting nearly an hour to be seen I was told that I was booked for a limited visit, not a comprehensive so I wouldn't be getting x-rays or cleaning that I was expecting as a new patient. That I would be seen in between patients or come back next year because they were completely booked.

I came for an emergency appointment because i wanted my broken tooth pulled and was taken back by the dental hygienist who was unessecarrily cruel in telling me to cancel my appointment. Acted like it was too much trouble to even look at my teeth or the ulcer in my gums. Said my insurance wouldn't cover it yet without ever checking what my insurance covers until after saying it wouldn't. Told me to cancel my emergency appointment because all they could do is prescribe antibiotics until i can have my wisdom tooth removed. She talked to me like a was a dog in trouble. Very rude attitude and unbothered demeanor. Had a previous encounter over the phone where they were rude over a misunderstanding. My first appointment there they were kind and respectful. This time my provider was almost as unkind as she could professionally be. Even tried to talk meinto canceling my care at the that office. Overall terrible experience, left me feeling awful.

Worst experience ever at a dental office. I just moved to the area and needed a routine cleaning. Provided my last X-rays that were a year old with no signs of cavities. Told the hygienist I only wanted what my insurance covered. She was very rude. Told me my insurance only covered full X-rays every 3 years and proceeded to explain she would still take full X-rays and code differently them because in her words "the insurance doesn't know when they were taken" Pretty sure that's insurance fraud. After she told me that, I again told her, I only want what my insurance covers. Leave office and she says I owe nothing but not surprised I get a bill from the office. Again for a "routine cleaning" my insurance covers. On top of that my 8 year old could have given me a better cleaning than she did. Will never visit this office again!

This is the most professional office I have been to in a while. I was pleased with the efficiency as well as the time manner in which they provided service. Dr. Scott is so cool and he calmed me down and made me extremely comfortable. The experience as a whole was awesome. Would highly recommend. Returned for a second visit and received the same service. Pleasant staff and quick service. Professional with low wait times. Returned for third visit and the service is still professional and timely. Doctor Scott still cares for his patients and displays patience and professionalism!
