Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

I have been going to Dr. Kaga for the past 15 years , she is the only one I would ever trust to touch my teeth and I drive an hour to see her every 3 months! I absolutely love how honest and thorough she is. If you are looking for the best dentist in North Brunswick area she is the one!

What a amazing experience I went in for a emergency root canal on a Holiday weekend scared and frightened. Dr Kaga walked me through the entire process. She was gentle and thorough. I was so happy with her that my kids are now seeing her. I recommend her highly..Thank you Dr Kaga!

Dr. Kaga and her staff are truly the best! She is very gentle and kind and treats her patients like family. I am so pleased that I found a caring dentist and will not go anywhere else. I will be moving next year and already have it planned out how I will return here for my visits!!

Dr Kaga is kind, compassionate, and dedicated she truly cares about her patients. She goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are comfortable. Her assistant is also amazing together they make a great team!!! Laurie is always so accommodating with making appointments to my convenience, she is very informative on insurance and has answered every question I have ever had!! I'm happy to be Dr. Kaga's patient and wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Although I'm biased, she filled cavities on both of my kids and was so gentle that they actually fell asleep during the process. She also did my Invisalign and I couldn't be happier! I had her whiten my teeth before my wedding and my pictures were perfect! Best dentist around!!!!

I absolutely love Dr. Kaga. Not only is she thorough, & amazing at what she does- she is a pleasure to be in the presence of. I always hated visiting the dentist (don't we all) but I actually look forward to my appointments with Dr. Kaga. I highly highly recommend her to anyone & I look forward to coming back to her with all my dental needs!!
