Absolutely ridiculous that they are so far booked out for cleanings. First appointment had to schedule 5 months out. Had to reschedule due to unforeseen emergency the day before. Needed me to schedule another 3 months out. Don't waste your time. They obviously have plenty of clientele.

I have came to this office a few years and my dentist was dr. Brown, I had a filling done about 6 months ago and it has bothered me everyday since, I called them multiple times and every time I went back they adjusted my bite and it did nothing. The last time I went she told me I probably just need to take ibuprofen, why in the world would I just need to take ibuprofen when I didn't before??? And I am still hurting and I called this morning & they tried to say they can't see me until may 3rd. This is ridiculous and I'm very disappointed in this office. They made a mistake on my tooth and they don't wanna redo it and fix it. I really hate to change dentist but that's my next move. & to all the other people in griffin seeing dr brown, she does things like this quite frequently, she extracted my moms tooth and left a root in it and then when she went back and told them It felt like something was still there dr brown said there was nothing in there and after about a month of going back multiple times dr Morgan finally was able to get out the root that dr brown was saying is not there. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The office is very nice and clean. The young lady's who help me with my dental issues are very professional and informative. Gave me a couple different options for my treatment and she listened to my concerns and answer every question I asked. I will definitely be going back for routine cleaning. Thank you for everything .

This is a conveyor belt dental practice. Get on the belt when you arrive, don't ask questions that might slow down the conveyor belt, and don't complain about water flowing down both sides of your neck as your teeth are cleaned; this is just the way it's supposed to be. I booked months in advance but didn't see the dentist I'd scheduled with. He was "busy". The dentist I saw was rushing on to the next patient so no time for my questions or concerns. They created a plan for my dental care without even asking me what I might want to have done. Oh ... and bring plenty of money; they don't file insurance.

I had to get a filling for a tooth that was really bad off and Dr. Brown sat there and explained everything that she was going to do. She was very thorough and made me feel very calm about getting work done. I will definitely be back to see her!!!

After having a ton of difficulty with another dentist office down the street, Dr. Shah and her staff took care of me and it was the best experience I have ever had getting a root canal. I had a dangerous situation and they managed it perfectly with enthusiasm and professionalism

Went in for my first ever root canal and I had never received any prior dental operations. I had a family member call and schedule the appointment because I am still quite young. Upon arrival I expressed my concerns about being in pain while getting the operation done and was assured I would not experience any pain during the procedure. I also asked if I would be receiving laughing gas, as I was extremely nervous and was told that was only an option if I had discussed it over the phone prior to the operation. Once my nerves were hit I began feeling excruciating pain and I continued to be numbed several more times with novocaine. Dr.Shaw seemed to become agitated because it was taking too long to perform the operation, due to the fact that I was sobbing hysterically and was "eating through the novocaine." She then suggested that she seize the procedure, partially fill the cavity, and schedule another appointment to finish the procedure, requesting the laughing gas. I insisted that she finish, seeing as though I did not ever want to come back and have a similar experience. I also didn't think it was a good idea to return home, having only half of my nerves removed and temporarily covered. All while having the procedure done, Dr.Shaw told me to take the experience as a lesson not to let my teeth get to that condition and it would all be avoided. It was hands down the most painful experience of my life and I'm grateful that she fixed my tooth, but at what cost? Update: It's been two weeks since my root canal, after the first week I noticed the pain was not subsiding and had fears that infection began to set in. I called the office and after waiting for over an hour, I informed them that I would not wait any longer and went to the emergency room where I was given antibiotics. If I could sue this establishment for malpractice I would, please do not go here.
