Where do I begin?! First let me apologize for my late review we went back in April and honestly meant to do my review right then because I knew who name belonged to who at the front desk! I wish this was a family dentist because I would go here! As soon as we walked in we were greeted and serviced! My child was taught how to properly brush her teeth in a tilted more circular motion and she's been doing this ever since! We went for two teeth to be pulled but came out with knowledge of how to take care of our teeth! They made my five year old love the dentist she literally was scared and left with no fear so much so she wants to go back every week and says momma no candy for me! Lol what kid doesn't want candy? She didn't feel any pain and was super excited about her teeth being taken out! Thank you for the balloons they loved them! Dr. Tyler, Dental assistant Diana and front desk ladies Latoya and Khadija thank you thank you for an amazing visit you ladies are awesome!!! we will return for our six month cleaning! We came back for our six month visit and I just have to say that our new family is amazing we love them and can't wait for our next visit it was nice be able to talk about different topics in the community I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!

From first speaking on the phone to going to the office the staff were very helpful and friendly My son was very comfortable with everyone which was a great concern for me. Dr Tyler is one of the best doctors that we work with so far she was gentle and patient and my son had no issues getting the care he needed.

Dr Tyler is down to earth, very kind, patient and professional. After each tooth pull, she would call to check on the kids. Absolutely love her and clean working environment. It took us time to find a dentist like her, we have been to many of them. I regret that she does not do adults, would have loved be her client myself.

Since I've become a parent patient of our dentist, Dr. Dawn Tyler's, I have had 1stly, no complaints! If anything they are a contribution to me staying on track with appts, etc.. and also quite a resource! I know more now about pediatric oral health than I did before going there (even as a healthcare practitioner)

I just had a phone call with them regarding my 2 boys whom are both autistic. Their website clearly states that they can work with children who are disabled/have special needs. Well the person who answered the phone says they only do general anesthesia. However the website says they also deep sedation yet the dentist says bring them in for assessment but they cannot do sleep sedation just general and laughing gas. Both methods my kids will be awake. So I'm confused do you work with kids who will not cooperate while awake or not? Your site says one thing but the office staff says another. Yet you want me to bring my kids in to be assessed just to tell me you can't do the services? No thank you that's a complete waste of time and dental benefits. At least they were polite so I appreciate that much.

The environment and staff were extremely welcoming and pleasant. My daughter remained calm, throughout her procedure, from start to finish. Which of course put my mind at ease as well. I couldn't have asked for a better dental visit!
