I am grateful to be able to do something for a living that makes people healthier and smile brighter. I love seeing our established patients, meeting new patients, and helping them love their smile! Working with all of the different patients we serve makes each day something to look forward to. I love hearing about what has been going on in their lives and those of their families.
One of the most rewarding things I have the opportunity to do is to help patients with dental anxieties overcome their fears so they can get the treatment they have previously put off or ignored. I am honest with them, listen to their concerns and help them prioritize their dental needs to get them back on track. You can see a change begin to occur right away and they start to look forward to seeing us as much as we look forward to seeing them.
Dr. Roberts is a lifelong resident of North Central Florida. She and her husband, Avery, have two children, Amber and Austen, and four grandchildren, Titus, Angelie, Ava, and Vera. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her family, travel, read and relax at the beach.
Dr. Roberts is an active member of her church in Lake Butler. She enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering at the Acorn Dental Clinic and We Care program at Santa Fe College. She also donates to many worthwhile causes including many schools in the surrounding areas, American Cancer Society, Stop Childrens Cancer, and Hospice of North Central Florida.
I am a third-generation dentist, a double gator graduate, and a proud gator fan. I love teeth and the Gators! I am excited to meet every patient and help you with your dental needs like family. My goals are delivering comfortable care while working together as a team to achieve a healthy and beautiful smile.
I received both my bachelor's and dental degree from The University of Florida. I have always considered Gainesville as a home away from home, and the ability to set roots here has been very welcoming. When I am not at the office, lately I can be found undertaking home improvements, baking, traveling, and reading. My husband and I enjoy hikes around the area with our two border collies.
I take pride in not only learning the latest in dentistry but also reaffirming fundamentals. I enjoy continuing education, like Dawson Academy. I am a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Alachua Dental Association. I also enjoy volunteering in the Gainesville community through the Gainesville Junior League.
