Magnolia Falls Oral Surgery Hands down was an amazing experience with 100% top notch service & customer satisfaction. I had all my teeth removed & implants & 2 full Archs installed. What incredible care & professionalism I received from start to finish. Not to mention very to little pain during & after procedure. Post opp day later I am virtually pain free & beyond happy with my results. I was able to look in the mirror & smile for the first time in years & be happy with what I see. I would highly recommend Magnolia Falls Oral Surgery to everyone. They have the most friendly and understanding staff. It's a very welcoming place to have dental work done. I use to be afraid of going to the dentist because of a previous bad experience at a different place but Magnolia Falls Oral Surgery truly put mind at ease and I'm so grateful for that! The entire staff makes you feel like a family member or very close friend. I will continue going here for my dental needs! Thank you guys for a wonderful dental experience.

I normally don't share my experiences regarding dentists, but this has to be said: Dr. Wood is the best oral surgeon I have ever seen. I have had 5 extraction/implants in the past, and I have experienced all of the normal side-effects: pain, swelling, bleeding, oozing, nausea. When I woke up from the procedure it was as if I didn't even have anything done. I kept thinking the anaesthesia is going to wear off and the pain and swelling will come. Nope! No pain, no swelling, it didn't even ooze a drop! I felt great!!! I called the office the next day, as a joke, to ask them if Dr. Wood actually performed a procedure on me! And the best part, if you don't have dental insurance, you can get a 20% discount if you pay the bill on the day of the procedure. Do yourself a favour, get your teeth fixed, and make sure you go to Magnolia Falls Oral Surgery. Your smile will thank you!

Beautiful facility with a great staff and Dr Shigley was great. I went in on referral from my dentist for extensive oral surgery and was impressed throughout all of my dealings with them. My surgery went very well and I had very little pain. The office was good about following up and Dr Shigley even answered an after hours call about a concern and saw me the following day. The bast part about the experience was that after all the insurance paperwork was done, I had overplayed and Magnolia Falls let me know and mailed me back a check for the he amount. I would 100% recommended Magnolia Falls and Dr Shigley to anyone in need of their expertise.

Everyone was very nice but they didn't take my Medicare insurance so I couldn't do anything since I'm on a fixed income. It was kinda disappointing.

I will always recommend this dental clinic. They are the only dental clinic that I trust.Very great people to deal with, friendly and welcoming. They are very informative aswell and treats you very well, especially their dentists. No complaints for this one right here. Thumbs up for the great service as always.

I was nervous the first time I visited the clinic, but everyone made me feel at ease. The staff was really nice - they put my nerves aside by making quick work of whatever needed to be done today which relieved some of that anxiety from earlier on in anticipation right away.

DR. BRETT M. SHIGLEY is a fantastic oral surgeon. He removed my daughters wisdom teeth in record time. This was our 2nd child who had the same procedure done at his office. The upfront staff however failed to inform us that our insurance needed to be active 12months before it would pay maximum benefit resulting in an additional out of pocket expense in excess of $700 dollars. The morning of the surgery, we were told to be there at 8am, we were there standing outside for 15 min before they opened the door. We also had to contact the staff to send the meds over to our pharmacy after we were told the scripts were called in. We were at the pharmacy picking them up when we were told not available. We were inconvenienced with this office in every way possible. The lesson here is to do your own homework on your insurance benefits, do not trust that they can. Again the surgeon is amazing, our family wishes him great success, as far as his staff, he may need to reformulate.
