As a 1988 Graduate of the State of New York, School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Kramer moved to Columbia, SC to do a General Practice Residency at Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital. She has been a member of the faculty of the Department of Dental Education at PRMH since 1989 and is an active member of several national and local dental organizations. Dr. Kramer achieved fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1996. Dr. Kramer has also completed the entire curriculum at the prestigious Pankey Institute in Florida.

Hubby had another abscess tooth and Dr. Kramer pulled him tooth . Finally he got relief and is doing better. Love Dr. Kramer and her team.

Best dentist office ever. Charlene/Dr. Kramer and everyone in the office are so kind and friendly. They are always willing to answer any questions I might have. This is the best experience I've had a dentist's office. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone in need of a new dentist!

I have been going to Magnolia Dental for over 15 years and I have always been pleased with the care that I have received. Dr Kramer and her staff are so friendly and accommodating. They really care about their patients. Going to the dentist has actually become a pleasant experience! (And you haven't had your teeth really cleaned, until you've had them cleaned by Ginger)!

The people at Magnolia Dental Health Center are outstanding! I have been a patient there for over 15 years. The care and concern I have received have been great. I would not go anywhere else in Columbia.

I am not a big fan of going to the dentist but everyone at Magnolia Dental makes the experience so pleasant. They are ALL so friendly. And they always run on time. I never have to wait. Ginger is the best!
