Dr. Q grew up on the Northshore attending Northlake Christian for grammar school and St. Pauls for high school. After high school, he completed a B.S in Biomedical Sciences at Auburn University graduating Cum Laude. Dr. Q came back home to attend LSU School of Dentistry and graduated in 2009. Dr. Quartano strives to provide high quality and long lasting dentistry for all of his patients while maintaining a stress-free experience.
Dr. Quartano is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Northlake Dental Association, and has attained D.O.C.S. certification. Dr. Quartano has served as Committee Chair for the LDA Council on New Dentist since 2011. Dr. Q is also a member of Spear Faculty Club which limits its membership to just 1000 dentist worldwide. Since graduating from dental school Dr. Quartano has completed over 700 hours of post doctorate education in Implants, Oral surgery, Cosmetic dentistry, Endodontics, Invisalign, and Advanced Restorative techniques. Dr. Quartano has also completed Foundational and Core workshops at the Spear Center for Advanced Dental Education.

Dr. Staples is a graduate of Louisiana State University where he earned his B.S. in Biological Sciences . He then went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Louisiana State University Dental School in New Orleans. Dr. Staples has a deep-rooted passion for dentistry and helping people improve and maintain their oral health. Dr. Staples stays active in the dental community through his memberships with the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Louisiana Dental Association, and Northlake Dental Association. Dr. Staples has competed foundational workshops at the Spear Center for Advances Education. He strongly believes the best way to provide his patients with the greatest quality of care is remaining a constant student. When Dr. Staples is not in the office he enjoys cooking with his wife Michelle; training his German Shorthair, Jeb, and growing vegetables in his gardens. Originally from Baton Rouge, Dr. Staples also loves to hunt, fish and attending LSU football and baseball games.

This was my first of many visits. Dr. Q IS AWESOME! His entire staff is extremely kind, attentive, efficient and personable. I will be seeing this doctor regularly for the next 12 months due to issues. I'm extremely pleased with his plan and looking forward to the end product. Thank you for everything I have been seeing Dr. Q. since July and I couldn't be happier! We are finished with the top and it is beautiful! This has been a very easy process with no pain. I popped off an old crown that had to be replaced due to excessive wear. The staff squeezed me in. I really like that this office expects dental work to be pain-free. I'm a bruxist and present some difficult margins for dentists since I've ground down the rear molars. Dr Zach found a way to get a good mold make me a temp that worked great. Got my new crown today and it fit perfectly - no adjustments required. The glue felt cold and was discomforting for a short while. But by the time I got home, I was ready for dinner. Given my scenario, I had a great experience. Barry

First of all, when entering the office I was greeted by friendly and professional staff members. My waiting time after immediate check-in was short and I was taken to an examining room by a dental hygienist who kept me well informed as she ex-rayed my teeth and thoroughly cleaned my them. Dr. Quartano reviewed and explained the ex-rays of my teeth with me. I was quite impressed with the entire visit and have already recommended Magnolia Dental to others.

This place was absolutely amazing to me. I am a new patient and had incredibly painful cracked tooth. They managed to squeeze me in on a Monday morning and were so sympathetic to my needs AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ME! That fantastic dentist worked through lunch and my incredible nurse kept me calm and was super gentle. I am deathly afraid of dentists and finally found one that didn't lecture me with a staff that was so helpful and caring. Words cannot express how much appreciation I have for this place!

Immaculately clean office, friendly office staff, and the feel of a team working for the love of it. I saw Dr. Staples and he spent more than 10 minutes with me in the chair explaining my options and offering suggestions to maintain the health of my teeth.
