Dr. Charles Crowl grew up needing a lot of dental work, which made him anxious to visit the dentist as a child. But that all changed when he was 13 years old and preparing to receive braces. His orthodontist referred him to a dentist to have 2 teeth removed. This dentist was kind and gentle, talked him through the whole process, and showed him that dental care didnt need to be painful. This positive experience unconsciously shaped Dr. Crowls career path and makes him strive to be the dentist that changes the way patients think about receiving dental care. He achieves this by creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for his patients, empowering them to feel more confident about their smiles, and treating each person who walks through our doors like an individual instead of a number. Dr. Crowl focuses on helping people rebuild their confidence and smiles using todays most advanced technologies. He attended college at Michigan State University, and was accepted into an early enrollment program at University of Illinois at Chicago School of Dentistry. After practicing in the Chicago area for 30 years, Dr. Crowl and his family moved to Louisville in 2017 to be closer to family. Since graduation, hes continued his education through courses that focus on cosmetic dental procedures, dental implant surgery and orthodontics. Volunteering and travel are important to Dr. Crowl. Hes travelled locally and internationally, and he takes opportunities to combine those loves with his passion for dentistry through dental mission trips when he can. He wants to remind patients, near and far, that dentists can be kind and compassionate, and his commitment to his patients relies on trusting that he will always keep their best interests at heart.

Born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama, Dr Boudreau joins our team with a Bachelors in Biology and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine, both from University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is a member of the American Dental Association. Following her childhood dreams, she became a dentist because she always loved going to the dentist herself, and even chose to shadow in a dental office for career day as early as middle school! What she loves most about dentistry is changing peoples smiles and seeing the joy on a patients face after the transition is complete.

Dr Boudreau and her husband are adjusting to life in Louisville by trying new restaurants and learning about horse culture and distilleries. They enjoy taking their dog, Ruby, to local parks and anything outdoors or on the water.

Kelly has been a part of the Magnolia Dental family for four years. She enjoys helping patients to understand their insurance benefits and keeping up with their next plan of action to keep them on track with their treatment.

As a military brat, Kelly spent her early years in many places, eventually calling Murfreesboro, TN home. When she and her husband, Jeremy, welcomed their son Logan, they decided to move near family, landing them in Jeffersontown in 2009. When Kelly isnt working, she can be found spending time with her husband, son, and their two Australian Shepherds Willow and Gnash. She enjoys trying new recipes and catching up on the latest documentaries.

Stefani has been part of the Magnolia Dental family for three years. She loves getting to know our patients and seeing familiar faces each day. Seeing them happy when their treatment is complete and watching them feel confident about their smile again is her favorite part of dentistry.

When she isnt out for a long run or walk with her Australian Shepherd, Ryker, she can be found reading a suspense thriller or true crime novel. She is an avid sports fan, especially professional hockey and college hoops. Stefanis friends and family are very important to her and when she is not at the office, she enjoys spending as much time with them as possible.

Sarah has been a dental hygienist for 8 years, having graduated from Southern Illinois University. She genuinely enjoys getting to know her patients. She loves meeting patients that have not had a cleaning for years and teaching them how to reestablish and maintain good oral health. She finds satisfaction in transforming their smiles.

When she isnt cleaning teeth, you can find Sarah spending time with her husband, Jeremy and their new baby girl, Olivia. Together they enjoy taking walks with their dog, Kane and trying new, local restaurants. Sarah also enjoys interior decorating.

Grace is a Dental Hygienist with a Bachelorss degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Louisville. She decided to pursue a career in dental hygiene because she wants to help people have a healthy and beautiful smile.

Emily is one of our dental assistants. She became an assistant because the first thing she notices about a person is their smile and she doesnt want anyone to feel insecure behind theirs. She loves when she can see their eyes light up behind their new, assertive smile.

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her boyfriend, Garrett. Together they enjoy fishing and traveling. They have a Cane Corso named Bud, with whom they love spending time and Emily says Bud frequently takes her for walks!

Sierra has been a part of the Magnolia Dental family since completing her externship with the practice. She loved that staff and patients so much that she accepted a full time position with the team. She loves the many jobs that a dental assistant provides, such as interacting with patients, x-rays, impressions, and working alongside the doctors. She enjoyed getting her teeth cleaned so much as a child that she knew this was the field she wanted to be in!

When shes not at the office, she loves spending time with her family and friends at the lake or cheering on her boyfriend at his baseball games. She has a miniature Australian Shepherd that she absolutely adores. She looks forward to having a big family someday!

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and trying out new restaurants with her significant other. They have a bubbly, goofy Great Dane named Kona. Abby also loves cooking, painting, watching Louisville basketball, and finding new, local coffee shops.
