Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and we hope that you and your loved ones have remained in good health. Many things have changed, but at Magnolia Dental, our commitment to your health and safety remains the same.
Our office follows all current infection control requirements by the State of Ohio Health Department and the Ohio State Dental Board. While infection control has always been a top priority to keep our patients and team members safe, we will be taking some extra steps during this time.
We will be operating on a reduced patient schedule to limit traffic throughout the office and allow for social distancing between patients. In addition, similar to the senior hour adopted by grocery stores, priority scheduling will be given to seniors and medically vulnerable patients with increased measures to help avoid exposure to others. While inside our office, we politely remind all patients to maintain at least six feet of separation between yourself and others (except while you are in the operation chair receiving care).
Common areas and clinical areas will undergo extremely thorough sanitizing procedures on an increased basis. You may see that our waiting room will not currently offer magazines, childrens toys and so forth, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect. In addition, we have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use upon entering as well as throughout the office.

The cleaning was the best cleaning I've ever had in 37 years!!! Phenomenal! Gentle yet enough to efficiently get my teeth looking brand new! My wife said my teeth look like Mike Meyers off of Austin Powers prior to my appointment. Happy to say she approves! Thanks Magnolia!

I love going to Magnolia Dental in Canal Winchester. Not only is it super close to me, everyone there is always SO friendly! My hygienist, Monica is amazing! She is so kind and makes sure you're comfortable the whole time. She did a fantastic job working on my filling today. The receptionist (blonde hair with bangs (I'm sorry I cannot remember her name)) is always so nice too! The dentist I had today was so warm and kind also. I will always recommend Magnolia Dental to everyone I know (:

They have cared for four of my children. They do amazing dentistry all while making the patient feel very comfortable. If you have a fear of dental work, this is the practice for you. Such kind employees. And scheduling is very flexible. The dentist, hygienist, and receptionist are all wonderful. My oldest needed major restorative work completed and watching the results have been exciting. He is so happy with his new smile. Thank you Magnolia.

I am so sensitive and kinda violent when it comes to my teeth lol. I had an appointment today and had the most kind and understanding Dental assistants one cleaned my teeth and the other was just very kind and supportive and let me tear her hand halfway off with a smile and they both helped me get through it just good vibes and a positive attitude! I wish I could remember their names but was so on edge I can't remember but I'm sure they'll remember me lol I'll see y'all in two weeks! You have a patient for life

Would give 0 stars if I could. Office staff doesn't know what they are doing. I didn't even get seen despite having two dental insurances because the billing specialist was caught up on me recently changing my name despite having 2 IDs and my insurance company confirming they wouldn't deny the claim over my last name. I have never been treated so badly. Cassie needs fired I will never recommend this office to anyone. It was a complete waste of my time despite scheduling a month in advance and having my insurance verified prior to my visit. I see why they are empty with no patients. STAY AWAY!
