Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and we hope that you and your loved ones have remained in good health. Many things have changed, but at Magnolia Dental, our commitment to your health and safety remains the same.
Our office follows all current infection control requirements by the State of Ohio Health Department and the Ohio State Dental Board. While infection control has always been a top priority to keep our patients and team members safe, we will be taking some extra steps during this time.
We will be operating on a reduced patient schedule to limit traffic throughout the office and allow for social distancing between patients. In addition, similar to the senior hour adopted by grocery stores, priority scheduling will be given to seniors and medically vulnerable patients with increased measures to help avoid exposure to others. While inside our office, we politely remind all patients to maintain at least six feet of separation between yourself and others (except while you are in the operation chair receiving care).
Common areas and clinical areas will undergo extremely thorough sanitizing procedures on an increased basis. You may see that our waiting room will not currently offer magazines, childrens toys and so forth, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect. In addition, we have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use upon entering as well as throughout the office.

Absolutely horrible service by the phone secretary. I had to representative call to schedule an appointment for an emergency tooth problem they said they had a available appointment the next day but when I called she was rude said they wasn't accepting new patients and hung up on me yet everyone else got service . I call that discrimination.

I had a great experience today. Kelsee cleaned my teeth (best cleaning I have ever had), and Dr. Brian B (owner) did a dental checkup and either he or another dentist will work on fixing a filling to 20DB.

It's sad to say that Dr. Wilson retired but I will say that the doctor that is there now is great. Dr. Silverglade is great with his patients my daughter is really scared of the dentist and he was great with her he kept checking on her during the procedure and he is very kind made all of us feel at ease.. I would recommend him to anyone. Also his assistant Lisa and Chasitie are wonderful they are super sweet and always checks on you and will do anything to make you comfortable. Also Melinda she works the front desk is wonderful she is very sweet and always has a smile and she greats you soon as you walk in. Magnolia Dental is a great dental office for the whole family and I definitely recommend this office.

Came in for my first exam and the lady who did the exam was filling in for the regular person. She looked at my broken tooth and said I needed a filling which i didnt question. Came back on a scheduled day already rittled with anxiety but ready and the doctor takes one look and says this isn't a filling its a root canal or extraction did you even do a PA xray to look to which they said nope. And I said out of fear omg a root canal and he said with an attitude or an extraction you take your pick. And because it was later in the day and already had me an hour late due to emergencies with patients, there was nothing he was gonna do. He didn't explain anything further he had an attitude problem and went into the open room next door to eat his snack without another word to me. Then I was quoted for that root canal, support and crown 1600 after no one explained to me what was even going to happen. Asked for the office manager to give me a call to express concern and what do ya know NO CALL. This was the worst experience and something I was trying to avoid with my fear of dentists. Chose comfort dental in circleville and got my root canal, support, crown and 2 fillings for $500 WITH my insurance and an AMAZING dentist who cares and takes her time to thoroughly exam with over 10 xrays before and after root canal and actually explained and talked to me and showed me my insurance applying to services and got me in ON my first visit for everything without pushing me off for other patients. SMH I'll never recommend this joke of a place to anyone. EVER. Your "dentist" needs an attitude check, it isn't the patients fault that your staff doesn't examine or xray properly.
