While on vacation, my daughter's braces had a malfunction. We were able to get a next day appointment. The orthodontist fixed her up in 2 minutes and wouldn't take any payment. Great place, highly recommend!

These are the best people I ever been to they took the time to understand me and my needs and how perfect I wanted my smile to be. I recommended them to at least everyone I knew who needed braces. You won't be disappointed at all I promise.

-:|:-:|:- FANTASTIC -:|:- 5 STAR to SUSAN ROE -:|:- THANK YOU -:|:-:|:- I literally went to 5 different orthodontic doctors including my personal dentist for Invisalign review/quotes (HHI/Savannah/Pooler/Bluffton). These quotes were on the very high side for dollars and it seemed they wanted to do far more then what was needed to re-align my teeth. Then I went to Maginnis Orthodontics... (Bluffton, SC) It was easy to schedule my "Free" consultation and the office staff (those at the front desk and whom answer the phones) were very Fun and Friendly! After a full scan of my teeth I was met by Doctor Anderson whom after a review of the scan and my teeth discussed my hope and a Invisalign treatment plan. OMG an Orthodontic Group that finally got it right and is very very reasonable financially. What really set this Orthodontic Group apart and the reason (outside of being reasonable financially sound) was... Susan Roe Kudos to Susan Roe - Her enthusiasm and eagerness to help is so uplifting, Susan knows what 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE really is and means. You are so fortunate to have someone like Susan working for Maginnis Orthodontics. Not only is she super friendly and warmhearted, she consistently went the extra mile to make sure she had a TOTALLY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. Wow... what service, hard work and great attitude... The thing that I admire the most in Susan is that she is a good sincere human being. Susan is an Awesome listener and this makes people willing to approach her with matters that she solves with the highest level of intelligence, courtesy, and respect. Much Thankfulness, MT Smith

We were sent elsewhere by our pediatric dentist and thought the treatment plan was a bit aggressive. Dr Maginnis was our second opinion and we couldn't be more pleased!!! Everyone in the office was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We are much happier with the treatment plan and we saved money!! Win win!

I can't be more happy with Dr.Maginnis and his staff!!! They are also so nice and helpful and had my braces off about 6 weeks ago and I could be more happy with the outcome!!! My Daughter is currently going there as well for treatment and her smile is noticeably different already!! I highly recommend them!!!!

Dr. Maginnis and his highly professional team of assistants are terrific! I just completed my Invisalign program. The preparation for the program was very educational; the techniques used was amazing, the equipment and procedures to straighten my teeth was amazing as well. Happy New Year! I wanted to compliment Dr. Maginnis. He has always been gracious with both my children and always has a sunny outlook when greeting the patients. He approaches them in "their" language and immediately knows how to put them at ease. His demeanor puts them in calm state and actually somehow gets them enthused about getting braces. Amazing! We have had wonderful experiences and it is because of Dr. Maginnis and his equally wonderful staff.

Amazing office. We we're on vacation and we're able to acquire rubber bands for my sons appliance when we ran out. I'm so thankful for their care and attention to our needs. The office space is beautiful, colorful, and relaxing. There are iPads for the kids to enjoy as they wait. Comfy couches for parents. There were many patients in the office which means they have a great practice with returning patients. If we lived on the island, I would bring all three of my children to this orthodontist office.

Dr. Maginnis and his staff are phenomenal! His new location is something straight off of HGTV and has a super convenient location next to Target. Both my daughter and myself have had braces from Maginnis Orthodontics with fantastic results. He is only going to do what is healthy for your smile not what is most lucrative. Trust me...you will be WINNING by going with Maginnis Orthodontics!
