Bring out of town on vacation, I called this place to see if they had rubber bands for my daughter. Not only were they super helpful, but they went above and beyond in customer service and details. If you live in the area, I highly recommend!

I went to the location in Beaufort. The front desk lady ALWAY has an attitude problem for some reason, no matter how polite you try to be. I missed one payment, got no phone call, no email, nothing. I wasn't informed of the missing payment until I went in for my next appointment. The lady at the front desk was very snarky, very rude. I asked why I didn't get a notification saying that my card wasn't working for the payments and she said well that's not our job to keep track of. Fast forward and I'm waiting for almost an hour to be seen for my scheduled appointment. I'm only half way through my spark Invisalign retainers, doc comes in looks at my teeth for 2 SECONDS and says looks good we are gonna take off the brackets and you'll wear that same align Wes until your next appointment. My teeth are not fixed. I still have issues. I'm confused as to why one payment was "missed" and I'm no longer getting the treatment I've paid thousands literally of dollars for, with absolutely no explanation for.
