I Love this place and my son's Dentist he is so afraid of needles but the dentist made away to where he never saw the needle to get his filling I would definitely recommend you bring your little ones here they are very helpful and they are very Good with the kiddies

Super nice staff and such a friendly environment all around . I always have the best experience going here for my son . Everyone is so friendly considerate . I love my sons Dr . & his dental assistant also is super nice my son truly enjoys his time here where he actually looks forward to coming .

Horrible experience. I pulled my kids from school on the day of their appointment only to be told bc I did not " confirm" the day before that their appointment was canceled. When I made the appointment, that is my confirmation. It was a waste of a day , I took the day off work for nothing. On top of that whoever I spoke to was rude abt it. Never again. Don't waste your time.

Great doctor!!! how ever the secretary was not that great, did not explain how appointments were automatic also had an attitude when re-scheduling something I never scheduled. Secretary calls you nicknames, not professional. I don't recommend this place for busy parents .

Update 10/5 Ok definitely someone needs to teach manners to the employees on that office. One of the assistants was super rude with my 4yo girl today! I can't believe that!! THEY NEED LIKE 100 PD ABOUT HOW TO TREAT THE YOUNGER PATIENTS!!! I'm very disappointed At the beginning for my first experience, everything was fine. This time, is the worst!! The secretary is so unprofessional, and never knows nothing. If you can go to another place, please go. Don't recommend this place until they change the secretary.

My 8 year old daughter cant wait to go back! Amazing dentist and assistances'! She'll be staying here despite the 30 min drive!

I would never go back to this place ! I'm an new resident and just wanted to find an pediatric dentist for my daughter nearby ! My daughter was refer from another dentist and had an referral.. My first experience i walked in and the lady asked rude do you have in appointment I said no I just wanted to know if you guys were opened because I've been trying to find and dentist for my child. One lady very young said were closed it was 4: 25pm I said okay I will come back another time but do to working i couldn't so I called and explained my situation and they made an appointment! Meanwhile the day come for my child appointment and I get an call about 2 hours before saying I have to fill out paperwork before I get there or she will have no appointment. I did . So I arrived and forgot my daughter referral and the same lady asked with an nasty tone do you have appointment I said yes but I forgot my child referral meanwhile I said I will come back .. so got the referral came back with my child and I talked to an friendly lady . We got called immediately i was already nervous I didn't know what might be wrong with my child teeth and the lady had an attitude didn't make it any better so I told the doctor nothing happened! She was friendly and handled my daughter with care it melted my heart .. so I came back to get my daughter teeth fixed this time talked to the same friendly lady and got called back with my child immediately They nurse was rude and didn't let my child put what she wanted to watch on TV... Then she touched my belongings and put them on an empty chair .. I thought that was rude she could of asked me to pick up my things . They doctor came and friendly as she was before and worked on my daughter teeth i hailed my daughters hand for support i can only image she probably was scared the nurse act the she didn't want me too close to my child my child is only 4 but Thank you god everything went well and the doctor told me to come back so she can do the other side by the way it was 4 cavities that needed a little filling. With some relaxing gas i though It would take one shot ... I just felt as if the commutation wasn't good I was very disappointed that's when I decided not to ever come back with my child . They talked about you in groups I wouldn't recommend this places at all .. I felt really uncomfortable . But the doctor was wonderful and very friendly she made me feel alil better..

My daughter was very nervous (crying)- The (female)dentist spent less than 3 minutes with her and told me she had 4 cavities and needed to see a another dentist ASAP for sedation/fillings. I left the appointment a bit stressed. It didn't seem like a big deal to the dentist that she was telling a mom her child needs to be sedated and end the appt so quickly. Of course a child would be stressed and nervous at such a young age (reason for me taking her to a pediatric dentist). No one attempted to make her feel comfortable. The assistant did attempt x-rays before getting the authorization from the dentist but my daughter was to nervous. After speaking to her pediatrician and another dentist, we thought it was best for her to see another pediatric dentist who spent 20 minutes with her. She has 2 fillings that are "arrested" and we will watch them. He asked that I take her in every 3 months to build a relationship between he and my daughter. Both dentists and our pediatrician felt running directly towards sedating her was overboard.

We had an AWESOME first time experience for our 2 year old!! Everyone was so nice and welcoming!! My son who is pretty shy opened up and loved the atmosphere along with all the staff! Thankyouuu so much we will highly recommend you guys!

This dental place is amazing. The staff is amazing! I have a 4yr old that had oral surgery at a young age, so his experience with all dentist are bad.. he gets scared, he cries, and rebels . But the staff was so patient ,kind and they really catered to his needs. They were very knowledgeable when it came to explaining things to my 15yr old as well. Great job. Thank you

Took my three year old to his first appointment yesterday. He loved it (so did I). I appreciated Dr. Martinez taking the time to show my son all her tools and talked about what she was going to do with him before she did it. Maybe if my dentist did that as a kid I wouldn't be so terrified of going to one myself lol
