Dr. Lin was ok. Not very warm towards my children. It was our first time there today. The office was clean & presentable.

Took my kids and they had a great experience. I like that they didn't take too long with appointment waits . Costumer service was good too! Definitely taking my kids back !

As a first time mom taking my daughter to the dentist for the first time, I found this dentist online. I don't like the fact that a parent can go in with their child when sedation goes on and the whole removing a tooth. This is the first dentist where a parent can't go in with their toddler in the room. Not is one only anxious but don't know what or how they're treating or doing to your child behind doors.

Everything went well up until it was time to get treatment. The dental assistant was obviously bothered when I requested to go in with my daughter, her facial expression said it all. She stated parents are not allowed in the back for treatment. But what she didn't know is that I've been in the back before with my other kid so I know for a fact I can be back there. She then said it all depends on the Dr which is understandable, however, I said I will wait for a Dr that will allow me back there. The assistant went to the back to ask but then the receptionist came out stating that it was going to be quick, parents may be allowed but blah blah blah . Gave me the impression that she wanted to discourage me from going, never will it ever work. Quite frankly, magic dental has so many negative reviews on Yelp regarding kids treatment, coming out traumatized and with bruises that I will never feel comfortable with any of my children going to the back without me. She then proceeded to tell me that we would be called but there will be a waiting period as the Dr is with a patient. B S!!! Why would my daughter be called in if the Dr is with a patient??? Retaliation much? I agreed to wait, after waiting for 30 min, I requested to reschedule for Saturday. Now that I'm getting ready to leave the receptionist offers to check how much longer it will be. Please!!!! She apologized but I'm not buying it, can't apologize for something that was deliberately done. I'm hoping on Saturday magic dental redeems itself or I will be taking my kids elsewhere. Private or medi-cal insurance, you're getting your money so stop playing waiting games and mind games on your patients.

Let at least one parent be inside the treatment room with their child. I had to cancel my daughter's appointment due to the fact that there are no parents allowed in the treatment room. Than I get a unexpected bill in August for the services rendered in April. They really expect within 30 days or else your account goes to collections. Give me a break what kind of business are you guy's running? Would not recommend this place at all.

Super nice and kind and let us reschedule as needed twice. Fun theater inside and had Spider-Man giving out balloons outside.

I brought my daughter in for fillings on Saturday she is a new patient I wanted her to go to a dentist she would feel comfortable at since this is a place for children it was nice at first when we came to an appointment prior to this one... she does get nervous at dentist appointments especially going to the back by herself I feel a lot of children would. After she was done as soon as we got home she informed me that a female dentist told her to stop whining as she was getting her treatment? I am very concerned about this if this was said to my daughter what else is said when parents aren't allowed to go back this should be addressed as soon as possible this is a reason why many parents want to go back with their children we will not be coming here again it is very disturbing for an adult to say that to ANY CHILDREN! I still get anxious/nervous at appointments I was never told this by any dentist

My daughters first appointment here was great! All the staff including the Doctor were super nice. The appointment was so fast we spent less than an hour in office.

Please don't take your babies here! I took my daughter in for some work and when we came home she took a nap and woke up crying, saying that they hit her arm and covered her mouth so she could stop crying and screaming. I trusted them with my baby and now she's traumatized and doesn't want to go to the dentist anymore. If I could give them no stars I would.

Took both of my girls and I didn't like the fact that I couldn't be there while they worked on them or even check on them. Also my girls are still complaining of pain where they supposedly worked on and fixed???!!!

My daughter loved this dentist. It kept her mind off of fear they have all types of stuff for kids to play inside while parents do paperwork super cute. The dentist & assistants were all super nice and gentle with my baby thank u !

Staff was friendly and whole place is definitely geared towards the kiddos . Was super easy to get an appointment. The tv room , games and ballon made it way easier for this mama to relax when it came to waiting to be called . Also the walking Elmo was so cool . 10/10 !

My two year old had her first dental appointment with Dr. Yang and she is absolutely amazing. Dr. Yang is gentle and patient with the little ones. All the girls in the back area are friendly and attentive.

Magicland is a great kids place to bring our kids the staff is very professional and kind. They send reminders and it helps when your a busy mom. I've been coming here for 2 years and so far everything has been good.
