Avoid this place. The dentist don't spend time with parents to explain procedures and risk thoroughly they pick at a tooth here and there then they send another person in from their office to start talking money. My daughter had a crown and a few fillings they maxed out my insurance (PPO) after I payed over three hundred out of pocket which was supposed to include my deductible and it didn't, I come back because the crown fell off and my daughter developed an infection. They see her as an emergency and they tell me they need to extract the tooth and do several other things and it was going to cost me over a thousand dollars because my insurance is capped out. I went to my children's original dentist next to the children's hospital in Long Beach and they also accept cash if they are out of network. I payed 80 dollars cash for X-rays and check up they told me the do need to do an extraction and will include sedation for her anxiety and all the services will be less than 300 if I pay cash, they spend time with the parents and actually let you in if needed and the hospital is next door in case of an emergency especially with kids that have asthma or special needs. I couldn't believe it! AVOID places like this that take advantage of people.

Amazing dental place for your kids. My 3 year old was so scared the assistant help my daughter to relax her self by putting bubbles making her comfortable I recommend parents to go check the place out they have tablets screens to distract them Mean while they get called in. The vibe of the dental office feels clean no pressure what's oh even

I brought my 4 year old here and it was her first time due to COVID. She had a great experience the staff is friendly and Dr.Mike Is incredible! My daughter didn't cry and she loves the games, movies and songs displayed here!

Selena front desk rep was extremely rude. I had spoken with her about my sons appointment and told her I was unable to make it but his sister who is 27 years old can bring him in. She did not say that it would be a problem or anything for that matter, when they got to the office my daughter signed some documents and was told the doctor was running late and it would be about 45 mins until my son was seen even though they checked in at 11 for his 11 o'clock appt. After about 30 mins Selena calls my daughter and says that they cannot see my son because she isn't his parent but we were not told this beforehand, my daughter said that she asked Selena why wasn't something said ahead of time and Selena disregarded her and said that regardless they will not see him. I called and spoke with Selena and she was extremely vulgar and disrespectful I asked for a manager and she said she was and ended the phone call. I will never return back here

Don't force parents to agree to a procedure that you won't do on your adult self. Why would you wanna give a 2 year old major surgery without proper sedation and their parent there to comfort them. I been doing my research and a baby died behind this surgwry

A friend recommended this place so I took my son to get a regular check up. Very friendly staff especially Selina, who had to calm down him for having a panic attack. She was very sweet

This place was amazing for my daughter. I highly recommend Magicland for anyone looking for a dental place for their child! Selina, the manager, was just such a friendly and genuine person, any question I had was answered with such detail and she was overall just amazing. Best dental place for your children. Give it a go you won't regret it!

My child is really scared of the dentist so its usually hard to get him to calm down yet I was pleasantly surprised at how well this place helped him ease his fears. Selina went above and beyond in helping him and making him feel safe as well as assuring me that everything would be alright. He even got a couple of goodies like bubbles, stickers and toothbrush with toothpaste! Now he is excited for the next cleaning!
